"No references required"
Hey all -
I was curious to reactions to something I saw in an ad recently. It was the first time I had ever seen anything like it to my memory...
"No references required"
I find that very odd and possibly a cause for concern.
To the person (or people, maybe there are more but today was my first notice of it) this is not a personal post, I just was wondering what the gentlemen think of this and if how they feel if they read an ad containing that...
Ladies, does this make you concerned with regard to reference checks to those ladies?
Input please!
That would really confuse/freak me out if I saw an ad saying, "no references required".
Though maybe she has different options for screening? Maybe she does work verification only? Or she could be just saying that to cast a wider net of guys to her
Sends a bad message. I hope she does some screening.
Even if no references were required, I would just leave it out. It's something I always leave out since I follow my own protocol. I think it's just being tacky.

"No references required"
That is just inviting trouble smh
I see a bigassed red flag there. References are a part of life, and even if it's not stated on any lady's site, I know that I'm going to have pony up my DC ID and expect them to contact them. Which is great, because when they hear about my magic tongue, they'll want me more !! (ya'll can stop laughing now).
Seriously, big time danger sign. No refs, low price. Honey Trap..
Depending on if the provider is well-reviewed or not.If she is well-reviewed has a website and has an internet presence I don't find it strange at all. But,if it is a provider that has an ad up,no reviews anywhere,no website, and not really an internet presence, and she is not asking for references or some kind of screening I do find strange.
There are many providers who no longer require references because quite frankly the reference is only good if the person is reputable and if the provider even in fact replies to reference requests(cause we know some don't but that is a whole different topic).
Perhaps she is a provider who caters to newbies who of course wouldn't have any references.
I myself ask for two provider references however if a gent does not have a reference there are other options for screening.
I have seen this "No references required" ads or maybe made reference in a post by a provider that she does not require references.
The ladies I have seen who state "no references required" are highly reviewed and very respected in my city.
There is a big difference between "no references required" and no screening at all.I am sure many screen in their own ways.
Every lady is different and does what makes her comfortable.

Agreed - but it somewhat sounds like "I don't verify you"... More than "I can screen you other ways."
I figure PROfessionals would specify that they still screen but I guess that's me expecting the world to be filled with logical people.
I take a pass. Not a good sign.
Gave RS2K to a provider and she told me toward the end of the session that she didn't check it because she "had a good feeling about me." Yikes...last thing I need is someone reading friggin' tea leave for screening!!
and coppers doesn't build walls to dissuade their "mark".

Of course it might mean that for some folks, but just the text "no references required" would not bother me. Perhaps she still screens, just by other methods.
Now, "no screening required" would be another story.
ask for references, so what?
I see ALMOST exclusively well reviewed providers. Some ask for two provider references and some say "you sound fine when do you want to meet?".
I KNOW (as much as possible) she's not LE, so I don't worry how she does that part of her job.
Saw a well reviewed massage gal a while back. Her reviews hinted at a pretty wide open menu. Not long after getting there, I discreetly mentioned it, immediately she gave me the menu and prices, said she used to advertise as a provider, but was not any more. When I was surprised that she was so careless(?) about speaking so openly, she said "I know who is a cop and who isn't". Who am I to argue?
"I know who a cop is and who isn't" sounds like a real psychic to me... does she have a phone number or commercial I can check out?

I want you to ask for my P411. I want you to ask for references. I want you to ask me to tell you about myself. The more you screen the safer I feel. I can't imagine I'm alone on this.
Why rely on a reference from a provider who you have never met?
Some providers are flakes, are on drugs, & some have pimps. Way to many unprofessional providers.
I am extremely concerned if someone does not require references. Screening is not foolproof by any means but no screening at all is just asking for trouble. Anything from bad clientele to LE.
Trust me, its not worth it to throw caution to the wind for something that can change your entire life.
