The only way it would be considered "slutty" is by people who are prudish, or if you are at a all ages or a family function.

Don't know anyone in my circle of friends, myself included, who WOULDN'T look if it were offered. Wear a low cut blouse, bend down in front of me and where do you think my eyes are looking? Had an SO arrive at my office one time for a lunch appointment we had scheduled.
