Just kind of curious if lets say a client has seen you for quite a few times and he is the last customer, is it still "watch the clock" or sometimes you let him stay a bit later?

Well I spent the night at her condo. I fell asleep after we played. My intent was to rest a little while before I drove home. I ended up staying the entire night. She offered to make me breakfast. She is a sweetheart. I declined and headed home. She's still in my rotation of providers.
Agencies run on a clock - there is no other way for them to work. The lady may not have (or want) the option of you staying later than what you have paid for. The idea is to maximize income per hour/day. This ain't a hobby - it's a business.
So..... if you want to establish a "connection" rather than a transaction - an agency is not your best avenue of approach. Further - if an hour isn't doing it for you - then you need to be booking more than an hour.
That said - I have found that some ladies can be quite generous with their time - but I never take it for granted and I try to return that generosity

I used to see a lady in the Carolinas who invited me over to her house once. She called me after our appointment was over and came and picked me up for some free time.
Turns out her hubby was a real freak, who not only enjoyed the extra income she brought in, but really got off on watching her getting railed by other guys and taking pictures of it. After that, he showed up almost every time I was in town and had time set up with her.

I have a personal life to run after the clock stops and that usually doesn't allot for more than 15 to 20 mins extra time for a client. While I do watch the clock, we all watch the clock including clients... I will never ever straight kick someone out. I actually like to give 10-15 mins extra for conversation, session feedback, shower & refreshments just so it doesn't feel like business.
When it comes to regular clients... We tend to bullshit way over time. A 3+ hour client of mine tends to stay for an hour or so over his time and I don't mind because he has swagger, lol.
and the girl has not ever suggested it, then it probably not something she wants to do. Nevertheless, if you bring it up in the abstract, like "maybe sometime we can go to dinner after a session." she may say yes or maybe not. If she doesn't jump on it, then let it go. Don't ask again or you become the customer she wishes would stop coming around to see her.
As Jake points out above, making the jump to OTC time requires some game, the same as it would with a civvie girl. If you're talking about Asian agency girls, then read Mongo's post above. Even if you are the last customer of the day, it makes you the eighth or ninth of the day. She just wants to get in the shower for a half hour and wash off the sweat and spunk from the customers that she missed during the 15 minute breaks she had between them throughout the day. Agency girls have to like you enough to be willing to go out with you on their ONE day off instead of getting their hair and nails done. and going for a massage. Its much more rare than with indies
I have found a lot of Asian Agency girls are quite willing to go out after their last appointment of the day, I have had several gals where I would make sure I was their last appointment of the day which took the clock off of date. An hour session would almost always turn into a 4-6 hour outside date, dinner, drinks, a movie or whatever. These weren't GF's as I paid for the BCD hour, but I guess we were somewhere in between, much more than a customer, but still nowhere near a boyfriend.
I think a lot of it has to do with how long the girl has been in town. A lot of these Asian girls don't know anyone besides their co workers and even hookers get lonely, a case might be made that "especially" hookers get lonely. I think maybe in my case I am "just Asian enough" to make them feel comfortable, I can take them to all the Korean/Thai markets. I know where the Thai temple is, and they don't have to worry about me being able to eat "their" food like they do with most Americans
I will concede that for "most" guys, Indies are a lot more likely to go do OTC stuff with them than agency girls, but looking back on things, I have dated/had OTC time with a LOT of agency girls and even quite a few AMP girls.
call "purgatory." Its sort of a transition period between being just a customer and arriving in "heaven." I have not enjoyed end of the day OTC time that much because oftentimes I can tell that, although they are putting up a good front, the reality is that they would rather be sleeping. I have succeeded in getting some to knock off early after a two-hour session, around 7 or 8, to go out, and those were the most rewarding of the OTC times that were piggybacked onto sessions --- a nice dinner and then both of us drunk and singing our hearts out in Ktown at Korean karaoke bars. Lol
Nevertheless, going out OTC on their days off is still better, especially if its a girl who lives here and I can just stay over at her place until the next morning. When this happens, they usually consider you their "boyfriend" or at least ONE of their boyfriends.
But as many of us know, when it comes to OTC time, any girl will make exceptions to their usual practices for exceptional "friends," so OTC time is always YMMV. As Jake points out, you gotta have "game" just like with a civvie girl, or you're not going to get very far.
What they would do on the nights we got together is they would tell their booker after I booked a session with them at say 6 PM was that they didn't want any more sessions that evening, making my session the "last of the day" that way we had plenty of time to have an hour of playtime BCD and still be able to make dinner etc at a decent hour, rather than trying to find a decent place to eat at 11 PM.
I did start this exact way with a girl who ended up becoming an actual GF. The first session was a simply one hour, paid for session. I really liked her and she seemed to like me so I told her if she wanted to have lunch with me the next day to call me. Sure enough she did, we had a nice lunch and then she went back to work. I saw her again a couple of days later for a "session" and then she told me that she liked me and didn't want my money, but she was scared to tell her boss. We started having me book her "last appointment" of the day and then I would stay all night. This lasted maybe two weeks and finally she just told her boss I was her Boyfriend and that she wouldn't be charging me anymore and we dropped any pretense of me booking sessions. I ended up staying with her about 6 nights a week so I am pretty sure she didn't have any time for any other "boyfriends" lol
As already mentioned, agency girls generally don't have the opportunity. Furthermore, at the end of the day, they probably still have the "clock" mindset. If they are touring, there's no motivation for OTC to cultivate a near-term repeat. So she REALLY has to like you A LOT.
Now indies are a different story. Some are well known for OTC time. They'd rather it not be TOO well known as dickhead clients will EXPECT it. I couldn't tell you how many times I've checked the clock and noticed my time was running out and the provider said "oh, don't worry about it, I'm having fun...
Yes, I would have no problem with that and at times I am very lenient on even previous clients and I like to built trust and a relationship with them moving on. 
Through the years I've had a lot of appointments extend to some OTC social time. Sometimes during an outcall where she's lingered or incall when I've been invited to hang out for a while. Usually it was us slipping down to the hotel bar for a drink or bite to eat. Generally initiated by the lady saying something like " you got any plans for the rest of the evening" .
But here's the caution. I usually see independent ladies. So they have complete control of their time and choices. However , years ago I had a nice session with a lady touring for an agency. It was a mid evening appt. when it was time to go she asked me what I was up to next. I mentioned I hadn't had dinner ( thus the growling stomach which I apologized for ) and was probably going to stop by the hotel lounge for a glass of wine & an appetizer . She said she thought I was her last appt for the day. If she came down in a little while and I was still there would it be OK if she joined me ? Sure , I replied.
So I go down , have a drink and something to eat. Just about to pay up and leave when she walks in....sees me an makes a beeline to my table. We end up having a few drinks and some shared plates. Probably a couple hours worth. She gets a phone call....ask if I'll watch her purse while she takes it in the lobby. A few minutes after she's left I get a call on my cell from the agency. A thug enforcer says he'll be by my table in a few minutes to collect an additional $ 600 for two hrs of the ladies time.
Whoa! I didn't invite her , she invited herself and said she was finished for the day. I of course refused to pay and kinda laughed at the guy. I really thought it was a bluff. Which it pretty much was.
However , he did end up in the providers room with a gun to her head. I was still at the table when the police arrived. I would have split but they kinda had me cornered in the bar and I was questioned because I'd been seen with the Provider who had called them because the pimp agency thug had threatened her. Ended up talking to a patrolman but nothing became of it. I had simply met a lady in the bar , we shared a few drinks , she left to take a call , I was going to leave as well but was waiting for her to come back for her purse . That was my story and I made it plain that if anything illegal was going on and they questioned my involvement I'd of course contact my attorney . They politely assured me I was not a part of this and was free to go.
SOOooo , the moral is. Be careful when it comes to extended time with agency ladies. Lol

That is so scary. Sorry you ever had to deal with something like that.
If you're a fav, otc is in the realm of possibility. Most guys here have otc stories. I walked into a lady's incall for the first time, and she said, 'since you've traveled so far (90 minutes), all sessions go over 30 minutes'. Another lady and I spent tons of otc via emails. But she was paranoid about otc after sessions. It's all good!
It's all about time, circumstance, and connection. With experience, you'll find out that it almost never works if you bring it up. The lady will give you plenty of clues if she wants to go over. Like with the paranoid lady above. When the clock started winding down, she'd get all nervous, and fidgety. It was clearly time to go. But then there would be a long email waiting when I got home. The extra 30 minutes lady, after those extra minutes were gone, and I was putting on my shoes to leave, would often come over, sit on my lap, and start kissing me. It was time to go when she climbed off. Had the reverse been true in either situation, my ass would have been grass. And gone forever!!!

I had a touring J-Girl follow me out to the parking lot, ostensibly to thank me for the tip I dropped on the way out. (I don't know how she changed clothes so fast and caught up to me, as I am a fast walker.) Anyhow it was 8 PM and drizzling and other than understanding her thanking me, I shoo'ed her back inside the hotel rather than let her get drenched. I got in the car and went home. It occurred to me on the way home she might have been up for doing something, such as dinner. I'll never know.
Tell you what, why don't you hang out at work after your workday and basically work for free after your workday ends? It is what your asking the ladies if they do. Want more time then pay for it.

I was curious more than anything but i just noticed this person i have been seeing never really watched the clock but i always watch the clock and one time she's like "why are you looking at the time?" I don't intend to purposely to extend and get freebies. Just kinda curious... and i certainly dont want thugs knocking on the door

Few times I was looking at her clock on the bed-stand and she would say something like "don't worry, lets just talk a little" or something like "we had plenty of time" even it was like 10 min til end of my paid session.
Recently I just saw my ATF again when she back in town after long few month on tour, I was very excited to her again and start the session, we just sitting next to each other on the bed talking about her tour and catching up and I enjoy every minute of it, and almost didn't go into the "main event". I wouldn't mind if we just spend the entire time just talking about stuff or any random stuff which what we did mostly. Yes we actually did over-ran for like almost 45 mins after what i was paid her time.
One thing we (hobbyist) have to understand is that this is all YMMV, I would never expected from the providers and it is not required by any provider, we get what we paid for and we always have to respect their time.

I've never overstayed my time when visiting a provider. That doesn't mean we didn't go over. Just that one can tell when "time is up".
That being said, last year I had a gal come over to my place. We were finished, she had cleaned up, I had coffee in hand and she had a bottled water, and we chatted for over an hour. Her choice, we both enjoyed the "regular" time.

What's the incentive for someone to go above and beyond if they get the bare minimum back?
If I see that the guy is really respectful, has a track record of generosity and being super accommodating, I'm willing to do more to make him happy. Often times, that means extra time and extra fun
