If you decide to threaten a provider that they will review you because you're mad they won't see you for any reason, you will have less providers willing to keep their rates at an affordable, reasonable price. Every time I work at a low rate, I receive such disrespectful emails and a-hole messages that I now get why ladies charge more. Be respectful and drama free or the fun ends. As of an hour ago. I'm exhausted from these emails.

Raising her rates isn't going to solve the problem.

Now, I have had a select few (very few) men on TER give me shit, but we are talking less than a handful in six solid years. I run ads for FBSM girls on the daily, and it's a constant stream of morons on BP.  

The more you charge, the less BS you will deal with...anyone saying to the contrary has never been over 400 or they would very well concede that is just a fact pending area of course. I've been in every market from 250 to 1500, and I can assure you...there is a HUGE difference in the clients one attracts. Are there still idiots at the high side? You betcha, but when you're getting paid three times as much, they become easier to deal with lol.  

Consider having an assistant or screener. I used this girl Claudia once at Companion Elites, and that took care of the bs. If they can't get to you until AFTER they are verified, that saves you time and money, plus you don't ever hear about said threats.
