The OP limited his question to a "one-hour" session. My point was that if you remove this limitation, more is possible for older guys. Some problems with getting older are not so easily solved. It's just a simple fact of the internet that you can NOT simply ask half the people on a forum for their opinion while asking the other fifty percent to remain quiet. Oh WTF, you know I can't just keep my big fucking mouth shut. To answer the OP from a guy's POV, I am "usually" a one and done guy mainly because I rarely book anything other than one hour session and it takes me well over half the session to cum just once, so it's unrealistic for me to try for a second cup. I usually, spend 10-15 minutes in some kind of foreplay, about 30 minutes of actual sex and then another 10-15 minutes of "cool down" time in my typical one hour session.
You'll thank your lucky stars to just have "mansplaining" after you've had a dose of "wokesplaining."

On the very rare times that I encounter "wokesplaining" here in Texas it's so easy to just respond to my "splainer" with a hearty GO FUCK YOURSELF!!! and then I go about my business. I can understand how fighting back is sometimes not really an option when you are outnumbered ten to one or even more.

Even my 1 hours- I'd say less than 5% are one and done.

Which allows for more time for a 2nd round without feeling like the whole thing is rushed. It's worked out well for me and the gents who see me.

Considering that your population is Middle Aged men, how long did you do an analysis on the average refractory period of your customer base? After that did you give them surveys or ask them did they need a little more of what was underneath your draws? After then did you really come to the conclusion that you should have an extra half hour so the recovery could be complete? Never let it be said that Steph was never fair with her luscious derriere.

Majority 1-2 even if/when they are on the younger (under 40 end).
50% just one, 45% upwards of 2.
I've met a few (literally just a handful) who managed to achieve 3.
Not that I am proud, but I have been a one and done since I turned 40 some 20 years ago. In my prime, I could go twice but I needed about 20min in between.
Since I started in the hobby there have been the rare occasion that I have came close to a double pop.
I am sure part of the problem is in my mind. Say I have booked 90 min, my mind thinks, "Dude, if you pop too soon you are going to waste your foreplay time".
When a lady does try to get me to go twice, I feel bad because a great deal of "work" is involved to get me close.
Any sincere suggestions? I have a 90 min coming up in a week and am pondering what to do.
I usually book two hour sessions. I almost always get three rounds, occasionally four, and one special lady managed to squeeze five out of me.

For those who want more than 1, about 60% can get to 2.
who have asked me while I'm undressing, "Are we going for one or two today?" If its an hour I say one, and if its two hours, I say two. This lets the real pro's know how to pace the session and I am seldom disappointed. I never end up with too much or too little time at the end by letting her "manage" the time to get me and ending(s) I want.

I can sometimes get out two in an hour, but hitting two is not my goal. My goal is to have a good time. Many times, I know I'm not going to deliver round 2, my hostess knows I'm not going to deliver round 2, but she will at least try (or pretend to try). A little stroking (my ego AND the little guy), a little fiddling, rubbing, maybe even some sucking ... She lets me be the one to say to her, "Not enough time" or "Not gonna happen" or "That's great but I don't think I have it in me today."

I hate one and done with the bum's rush out the door. (And that's where reviews are very helpful.) I always like to chat (waaay too much, as it happens), or lay there and get more face time. But I'm not an overstayer and I'll watch the clock or ask her about the time to make sure I have time for a quick shower and to dress and be gone on time.
