That's exactly what I said: provers can update their info. But they don't initially post it in a review's details because the don't have access to the review form. Only a reviewer has permission to post a review. Who do you think fills out the form? The first reviewer. Do you think he has to contact the provider and ask her to fill out that part of it? Of course not.
I really think you're not reading what I wrote carefully.
I misunderstood what you wrote, I apologize. I don't have an issue with your post, but with the provider who posted, that providers do not post their own service & rate info. That is false, and most providers udate their TER info, constantly. Atnd they should, so their profile info is correct.
On TER
As said here about 10 times, the provider's first reviewer opens, sets, makes her TER profile when he submits that first review of her, ok, got it??
She can REQUEST that TER Admin change pricing and service info on her profile, BUT, she CAN'T do it herself, there is no fucking way for her to do it...have we got that? TER Admin may or may not change her pricing and service and in fact denies these changes from time to time. There are no boxes for her to check and no place for her to access her TER profile, other than to view it as we all can.

The provider has direct access to her profile and can make changes to it anytime she wants to, adding or changing items at will.
So you got that? Providers do NOT change their TER info, they can ask TER Admin to change it and submit proof as the good Dr. posted, but again, TER may or may not honor the request. The provider can't demand a change, period! Some providers do make these requests from time to time, but that's ALL they can do, request it.
Sheesh, how can such a simple concept be so hard for you to grasp?
