I know of a couple of girls in my local area that offer incalls out of their home.  (I live in a rather rural area.)  Both are well-reviewed but here is my concern... they have been posting on BP continuously for the past two years.  Where in lies my questions to you all...

1. Wouldn't this type of activity be low-hanging fruit for LE?
2. What, in you all's, opinion are the chances of a static incall sting?
3.  Would LE be more concerned with breaking it up with a simple bust or would they try to flip and do the aforementioned sting?
4. Could it possibly be that they are simply paying off the locals?

You left out an option. In a rather rural area with limited choices, they may be customers themselves and not very interested in busting them.

Only way it could get any worse would be for you to walk into LE's office and solicit one of the female agents for sex.

You mentioned it's a rural area.  Are there any neighbors close by that might complain?  Some rural areas way out in the country are perfectly fine....no one to see who is coming and going.  If there are no complaints, LE probably won't get involved.  The have better things to do.

1.  Yes, it is low-hanging fruit.  If you think LE doesn't know about it, you are insane.

2.  If the benefits outweigh the costs of busting the place, LE would consider busting it.  If they are too busy with other things, they may just let it go for a while.  Doesn't mean that they can't change their minds at any time, though.

3.  LE won't expend the manpower for a single bust.  If they do bust a place like that, it will be with undercover officers posing as clients, and then building a case.  Check out any major news stories about prostitution (set up a Google news alert with that keyboard, if you don't believe me), and that's pretty much how they bust all these static incall places.

4.  I am sure that this is a possibility.  That happens all the time in NYC.

I have had one of my incalls since 2005 (though I never used it myself since 2008), and never had any problems. Funny thing...it is in the most "heated" area of town lol. Over the years, I got 2 more so I could cater to other areas of the city.

Working out of your OWN home is not the same thing as having a static incall, but I do recommend having more than one, so you can move around, share expenses with other girls, etc.

Unless you're in a place like Manhattan where people are always coming and going, you pretty much have to be extremely low volume...not even one guy a day.

Condos and Apartments seem to also work better than actual houses, because of the traffic factor. When you have buildings that have many floors and parking outside, it is very hard to notice who is going where, and how often. People also move in and out all the time, which adds to the "different people" factor.

Working during the day shift is also a good idea, because most of your neighbors are at their own job from 9-5.

I know a well known provider in NYC that has had the same incall location for at least 5 years. But she doesn't advertise in BP so that might be a part of it. Still, you'd think that there would be someone that would've had issues with some of the cumming and going.

I live in a semi rural area as well in VA, and you guys don't get it. We have neighbors that are very nosey. They are nice but doesn't help hobbying.

I sometimes book a room away from my house and invite provider over there. Yes, it costs me extra money but its safer than going to someone else's house or inviting them over to yours.

Often a neighbor will tip LE.  That said, I've seen some who are pretty discreet & have a cover story like a business with traffic...  but v low volume also.  
In seriously rural areas...  neighbors might not see the comings & going enough...  then again high traffic might look like a drug house...  
If you are not comfortable with it, stay away

I had my last  "static" incall for over 3 years and have never had any problems. The one before that 2 years. Everything depends on WHO you deal with. Outcalls are where things start to fuck up. People that are nervous about everything about this hobby should hobby at all.

Yes but not all would have that job. And most wouldn't care in the first place.

I've had static incalls in the past but I always got rid of them around six months to a year for fear of  indiscretions on the part of clients. I've had clients tell me other ladys incall location during pillow talk. I want to have a static one tho. I wonder if it works best just to only invite old friends who I know are discreet.
You're lucky you've been able to keep them so long with no problems.

I don't just let anyone in there. Every guy who uses an incall must provide full name and employment, which means I know everything about them. Even if they did "out" a location...so what. They can't "prove" anything, and as I said...kind of "connected."

No one "lives" at any of these places, so it is not like there is high traffic...ever. I myself only use two of them now and I see maybe 1 or 2 guys a WEEK. The other girls rotate around. We have a pretty tight knit group of guys we allow to even see us, much less who gets to use an incall lol. If there is an issue with his employment or if he does not have much to lose, they get a hotel room.

Whatever screening is done, has to come through me. I have to APPROVE every guy a girl sees at those locations, and that's not so easy. They would be cutting off their nose to spite their face, if they got stupid.
