I read somewhere that the "average duration" is about 2 minutes. Does it sound right?  Would the providers concur?

then I would think that would be hard to find.  It would seem to me that different providers could have widely different client types.

But here's a good anecdote for you.  I was told by a lady who works at Sheri's that a whole lot of the guys last only 15-30 seconds.  She told me that one day she saw 15 guys and must have actually only been doing the deed for a grand total of about 5 minutes.  Natually I can't verify the accuracy of that report, but I thought it was interesting to hear.

If you are talking about the duration of the actual insertion time.. from my 4 years of experience. i would have to say 10 min would be a long time.4-6 min would be the most accurate average...... but i love the before and during and after play and i truly love it when guys can go more than once..

Interesting question StrangerITN.  In general the ladies keep things about clients to themselves.  I have gotten a couple of those close to me to reveal some tidbits, but one said that she and her provider friends don't even discuss much of kind of thing among themselves.

On another fun and now long-gone board there was a post requesting, without names, the most interesting or weird thing that had ever happened to you during a session.  The guys went hog wild writing funny and odd stuff, but the ladies said nothing.  A separate thread was started requesting just the ladies response to similar events.  Still nothing.  
They just wouldn't say anything at all.  So...

Lovley ladies, under the cover of an alias, how about a little opening up for us to see a little ourselves from your eyes?  What are we like behind closed doors, how long do we last, what are our oddities, how do we embarrass ourselves?  Just let it all out and we can laugh or cry at ourselves.  You know if we read something negative we will just assume it's the other guy.  No names, of course, and nothing so specific that it would be instantly recognizable by any poor fool.

for me 30 minutes is a quickie, 45-60 minutes is the girl is a sweetheart and I really like her, If I'm crazy about her and she's into it, 2 hours is no problem at all. It all about being with another person. Do I feel like being with her for 30 minutes or do I feel like being with her for 2 hours ?

you should know what you are dealing with within ten minutes... sometimes there is a little initial tension. Not necessarily a bad thing 'cause that energy can turn into passion. If she comes in all mentally flabby and disengaged there's not too much chance she's about to light up for me. There's isn't a script that says you must go for a set number of minutes. When you get into that frame of mind you'll distort the experience. Maybe it's meant to be a twenty minute experience and the two of you are perfectly in sync... just let it happen. Other times it goes on forever and you have no sense of time.

I like your perspective!  Actually, when I first started out in the hobby, I became more and more confused in this area.  To make a long story short, I saw a provider in our city who told me that she could take me to 1, 2 or even 3 hours-and she came across very serious.  I booked 2 hours ($$$$$) and she took me through a session that lasted to about 10 minutes before the end of the 2 hours, pow, one pop--one of my all time favorite sessions!  It's the chemistry, both provider and client

Not likely.  But anyone know a provider (7 or better) who matches chrissy's appetite and price range.
