We communicate back and forth that she would love to see me.
(I Mean who wouldn't) but Let that Go
I ask for this Thursday, 1 hour at blank oclock. No response.
Now at this point I figure she is weighing her options as to get a better offer
but here it is Monday.
So I ask again, everything ok with our date at xoclock, Thursday.
Yet to get a response? Should I move on to try a different date?

She does not want to see you. You are now on the DNS lists of numerous providers. So, yes, you should move on. Not simply to another lady, but to another hobby. Stamp collecting, perhaps. Enjoy!

Gal doesn't answer, then either 1) you are conversing too much or 2) she doesn't want to meet you.
Not saying you are a certain way, but if a guy I don't know becomes high maintenance, I say nope. It is one thing if you are a regular, another if you are a guy that has yet to meet me. Know why? Many guys get their rocks off trying to get a gal to talk dirty and then never sees her.

It is likely she does not want to see guys who literally sat around and waited for her to run a special. That's just what you did, according to your OP. If that is not correct, you can let me know, but I would probably pass as well. If I ran a special (which I don't) I would be seriously put off by all the guys whose reviews say they spend x amount every time, and then wait for me to come down. Just the way it is.
In doing that, the guy is giving off the impression that the lady in question was not worth her premium rate, while all the other ladies he reviewed were. If my rate is 400 per hour and the guy has nothing but 5-600 per hour reviews, that would seriously piss me off he waited til I came down to 300 before he booked. It's not about a budget in that sense, because he has demonstrated he has the funds. If a gal is not worth her rate, why see her for a discounted rate? You can't possibly think the service is going to get BETTER for less money.

I could put"1000.00" when I really paid "300.00

Still, the amount you paid has nothing to do with a damn special. I've never had a guy say in the "details" part, how much he paid...that is irrelevant. My rates are listed on my profile which was made by ME, not the guys. They don't change unless I change them.
Should have posted under an alias, no one likes a client who wants special deals, that's like saying she isn't worth her rate. I've always refused to see guys who ask for discounts, no matter how loyal. One even had the nerve to ask if he could get a freebie once in a while cuz he was having financial issues. Yeah, I totally give a shit.
