Mine is 10 1/2 or 11, but I have a small penis.

Or do you click on the title to read the whole post and then respond?

Just a straw poll here. Include your shoe size when responding so I know if you've read this. Mine is 6, just to be fair. ;)

I have read a few posts that look as though the person posting didn't really read the post they were responding to and it was pretty obvious. Just wondering if this is a common thing. I am presuming pretty common. Lol!

Oh sometimes this TER place can be awesomely amusing. :D

Do you ever wish that after clicking the title and reading the post that you could recapture the 30 seconds of your life you just wasted? I bet you do now...

... knowledge that even if someone does go beyond the thread title and actually reads the body of the post, there are many people who fail to fully comprehend the meaning of the post.

A lot of people will automatically assume the message meant one thing, but the original poster meant another thing.

Then you have a handful of people who thinks that the TER forum rules don't apply to them, therefore, they can type anything they want without any regard to the actually meaning of the post. Those people are usually called cyberbullies.

This is how many train wrecks are started.

When someone writes War and Peace, no way I am joint to read all of it. Postings should be short, sweet and to the point.

I don't have time for that, and I try to tailor my response to just the OP, because, well, that's the thread I am replying to...

You often pop on a thread hours or sometimes even days later and reply with a reply that's already been said ten times. I don't see how it saves you time to type something that has already been said. It seems you would save more time by reading replies and avoiding typing a repeat answer. :)

Not sure where protocol says I need to read every response before responding.

Or maybe I just don't care what others have to say.

Reading isn't an issue for most guys , comprehending what they read is the problem .
That's what my English  teacher kept telling me  .  :-D

I read the title before I decide to open  . Some of the handles original posts I don't open , no matter how interesting the title . I often read the replies  for entertainment value .

My shoe size is 14 but I wear a 12 for that awesome feeling , when I take them off in the evening .

If the post is a very long one and all one paragraph, adios.  I don't read those.  Since I'm the Newbie board host, I try to read all the posts there.  However, if I don't reply to a post, it doesn't mean I didn't read it.

Not just the subject line.
Yes it is obvious that some people only read the subject line before they reply. When I see these replies, I usually call them out by replying to them, "Did you actually Read the post?"

My shoe size is none of your business.  :)

Hi,

In their contract rider that they wanted a big bowl of M &M's in their dressing room w the brown M & M's removed from the bowl! They wanted to make sure the contract, w/a venue, was read because some of the contract dealt w safety issues of the band! If the brown M &M's were removed they knew the contract was, thoroughly, read!! Did you work for Van Halen & did you get the idea from them? :D

I wish TER could organize the View :Tree & Flat  option, so you could read the posts under the flat option & know which post was being responded to! Otherwise, you have to click on tree to see which post was being responded to!

being said, I don't respond to all threads that I read.  In some cases, I will read the OP and selected posts part of the thread but will skip those written by known trolls and others without cred.  If I have something to add, I will most likely post a comment.
