your right, there are variables.  I noticed when he gets into a thrusting pattern no it doesn't take long and I know he's going to cum soon.  Grinding is a whole different story and he tends to last longer with that.  Its like the guy is programmed to ejaculate when he's thrusting.  I love a fast thrusting motion and more times than not he gets off before I do but I encourage it because it feels great!

I know this will sound silly, but I am serious.

Understanding that I realize there are so many variables to this answer . . . if you had to come with an "average" length of time that the intercourse thrusting lasts before ejaculation . . . how long is the average thrusting time?

There was a time when I felt I was lasting long enough for my partners pleasure. Then I got married, and my wife that "seemed" to enjoy sex, was telling me I was taking too long, she wanted me to cum faster. So I learned to do that, and she "seemed" to love it.

My thought was that maybe she didn't really like sex, it was just an act, but she would initiate sex three or four times per week, for about ten years.

Fast forward twenty years, she would initiate once or twice a week. But she still wanted it fast.

I initiated a divorce a year ago, and now am finding I am not able to last as long as I did when I first got married.

The ladies I have dated seem OK with my lasting power...but who knows? They might just be nice, and left unsatisfied.

It frustrates me that I used to have such great control of whether to last long, or go quick....and now I run at one speed... and I want my partners to have a great time.

I'm 56

BTW....I love this site, and the GFE ladies represented here.

Thanks!

I am sure you will get some response here , but yours is a serious quetion. Are you aware there is a board best suited for this sort of discussion. Check out The Eotic Highway.  I suspect you will get  interesting and helpful insights.

is simply your age. Part of it is years of training yourself to be fast. Part of it is your mindset.

Now, you can't do a darn thing about your age, but you can train yourself to be slower and to also change your mindset (it's perfectly okay to change your mind about this and just about anything else). Don't let it get you down, however. Learn to go slower if you really want to. And don't beat yourself up over it anymore. That only adds to the frustration.

Last, yes, I agree with the other poster: this is a perfect post to take to the Erotic Highway. You'll get great information from the Love Goddess, who is a practicing psychologist (I think; she might be a psychiatrist instead). The rest of us will give you information from our POV.

Cheers!
Jolene

It takes two to play this game and finding a woman who is both attentive and willing to help is a big part of staying up for more than three seconds.  Invariably, these woman are of age and like sex, a perfect combination.  A good partner will know when to speed up or slow things down to allow both to enjoy a longer moment and some I have been with have kept me up for an entire hour plus session.  The adage: "there is no subsitute for experience" is true.  Certainly, a wham/bam session can be fun, but it is the longer, "let's see how long you can last" sessions that are the most memorable and oftentimes both can be found with a single, talented person.  These wonderful women are out there, keep looking.

Everybody talked about her Board but nobody went there.  Why?  It was boring and she was arrogant.

most of her info was directed at and for the men. Since I've a gal's innards and thoughts, it only helped me to know the hows and whys of a guy's physiology and some of their psychology.

Although, I agree somewhat on her arrogance. Sometimes her answers gave short shrift to the question asked and she got annoyed when someone answered better (as from a real-world stance instead of academia).
