If I had a dollar for every provider who told me she needed bigger boobs to attract more clients, well, I'd have enough for about 5 minutes, lol. And that's not counting the ones who already got boob jobs thinking they'll make more money.

Whether they'd remove them after leaving the biz is debatable but don't they all come out eventually due to wear and tear?

Can't speak for others but my "funbags" I had done because I wanted them.  No will not have them removed when the time comes to hang up my heels.

Why assume the providers get implants for the business?  I would think they get the fun bags for their own personal interests & would not take them out after retiring.

I suppose there are a few ladies who get them  each as large as a beach ball to pose in those giant tit mags or be topless bar featrues.   this Q might apply to those ladies.

I highly doubt providers would get breast implants just for this, it's not like it's a tax write-off or anything.

It depends on the type of implant (silicone or saline), but I think doctors encourage the implants to be replaced every 10 years or so as the female body changes due to pregnancy, weight gain/loss, hormones, etc and/or if the implants leak/drain.

They do need maintenance, even though the recovery is godawful. :/

Strippers who actually file taxes can actually write off their breast implants. So can porn stars. But hookers don't pay taxes, so.
