Let's just all put banners to other ladies so we can make sure we get an even more serous felony of 5 or more. Ummmm... no thanks. I can refer ladies by word of mouth without the banner. I already took my site down anyway until I know Wtf is going to happen.  
What you're  saying sounds like a good idea but does anyone want to take the chance that an independent could possibly be charged with trafficking over a banner?  
Fyi guys,  I'm either in Atlanta or Boston,  just so you know.... prescreen!!! 😉

Before many of these boards, we would network and recommend our gentlemen friends to our provider friends.  When the internet and websites showed up, we started networking through our LINKS page and that was how we found new providers and new clients.

With this B.S. bill, I would recommend to all providers, if you do not have a LINKS page on your website - add one!  Ask your web designer to add one.  And if you post my banner on your page, I'll post your on mine.  Of course, I will need to first verify you are legit if I don't already know you.  But, this was once the main source for finding new friends and looks like it might be again.

What has happened is bad and will limit girls' ability to advertise their services.
What has NOT happened is that EVERYTHING ELSE IS EXACTLY THE SAME!!!
LE has NO additional resources or motivation to come after independent providers, or mongers, or anyone else.
So the rest of the business is no different than before.
Remain calm.

This new law is so broad that there is no way I'm taking a chance.  I have more than 5 doubles partners and if I did a banner exchange with all of them, what's to stop them from charging me with the advertising for 5 or more? I am calm, yet I'm not gonna be stupid either.   Why take the chance?

I've seen lots of ladies websites that have a calendar on it, but most are usually blank, it would be a good idea to utilize that so we can atleast know what state/area their in.

That would help a lot actually. Lots of girls have calenders on their websites but never use them. Updating them on a regular basis would make things easier for us clients since ads might become a thing of the past.

There are ways around this legislation, we just have to keep a cool head and come up with rational,  simple solutions.

Feel free to open an account on Preffered411 .. They are based in Canada.  
Alot of providers use them and you don’t have to solely rely on references from other ladies since half of them don’t give references anyway.  

Use the p411 link is on my website in the Essential tab when signing up so I can get referral points.
