Though I have no regrets, and I'll live to miss many more, there's no denying that I become very attached to them.  Each had their own thing that I became quite fond of them for.

But, I've had 2 retire on me in the short 3 years I've been in the hobby-world.  And the sentiment is the same, you miss the little things, the laugh, the way she played with your hair in post coital bliss, and the after text or emails about what a great time she had...this is sad stuff.  I just think glad to have known such an amazing woman if for a short time.

The things I miss the most are the little things that made each of them different and in their own way irreplaceable.

I looked for this ATF for almost two years. Within minutes of our first date, I knew she was it....my ATF.  Literally saw her again 2 days later...and it just confirmed she was it.  A few weeks later, our first overnight is planned...only to find out hours before she was retiring.
