For example, if by "unclean" that means some underwear lying around on the floor or a few dirty dishes in the sink, I don't care.  But if there are piles of smelly crap all over the place then I'd turn around and leave.

Likewise with time:  Up to 15 minutes, no big deal, 30 minutes is a deal, and over that is a big deal and I'd likely walk at that point.

Like with anything, there are limits beyond which the plusses are cancelled by the minuses and we all have our individual limits and tastes.

Women should always present a clean place in which to entertain. The very concept is feminine and attractive to men.

I personally agree that you should strive to provide both. The degree of these two situations is what will quickly go from tolerable to unacceptable. Cleanliness in an incall whether it be a hotel or apartment is very important to me. Knowing I am seeing very busy gent who is taking off from the office I create a relaxing ambiance.

I would rather have to wait--in my car parked in front of your building in necessary--for you to clean the apartment so that we are both comfortable. Within reason. Say 15, 20 minutes. AND I would appreciate at least some of that time to be made up at the end of the appointed length of the session.
