I posted this message last night and didn't have time to get back on the computer until just now so I didn't read them before the appointment.  But reading these replies now makes me realize things could have gone very differently than they did.

I agreed to do the appointment because when I told him I didn't even know what cock stomping was (other than the obvious), he said he would walk me through it.  Which he did, very patiently.  

But after reading your replies, I realize I put myself in a dangerous position.  I ended up getting lucky (thank goodness).  But it could have gone the other way and that freaks me out a little.  I hadn't even thought of it as being an extreme fetish.  I just figured it was a fetish like any other.
