I failed to mention in the overnight thread.....
....that I was paid $600 to drive 3hrs one way....we were to get together, have a little dinner, retire for the evening (he claimed he went to bed at 9p every night), wake up, do the deed again, then I could leave....NOT!

Some good advice...NEVER discount, they are the most work and for heavens sake, set the guidelines. If the guy refuses to abide by them...pack up your stuff and get to steppin' and he doesn't deserve a his money back if he pushes the limits already agreed upon.
Just one of those days I think?
too bad it happened but all we can do is learn from our mistakes & move on. Good luck, not everyone is like that dude.

and since it has been the subject of two different threads I'm convinced you had an awful time.
Why would you make a deal for an overnighter that required you to drive that far and stay that long for such a small amount?
I've been waiting on that question lol...the answer should start a whole new thread! I think it's that fine line between client/friend situation....
