I think I see a pattern of many providers.  I call them organized or disorganized.

Organized providers approach sex work as a business decision.  They could be running a consulting or personal service business of some other sort but choose sex work because it gives the most money with the most flexible schedule.  They channel their earnings into a personal trainer business.

Pros:  Answer the phone on the second ring or get back to you soon after you leave a message.
         Are clear in what they offer.
         If you book for 2 pm, they are ready at their door at 2 pm.
         Their place is clean and tidy.  They can find the lube and toys and know how to use them.

Cons: If you book for an hour they are starting the shower at the 45 minute mark.
          This is business, not fun, to them. No real O's on their part.

Disorganized providers probably have some form of ADHD and this is the best they can do.  They spend it as they make it.

Cons:  Don't answer the phone, don't call you back.  Hit or miss ever seeing them.
          Need another 15 minutes "to get ready" when you arrive at the agreed upon time.
          Their place is a mess with clothes piled everywhere.
          They spend ten minutes looking for the lube or condoms.
          Often have dogs or cats in the place with the pet bed next to the action bed.

Pros:  Sometimes let a 60 minute session go for for 90 if they are into it.
          Can we wild in bed and allow things the organized girls won't.
          Are not necessarily faking their orgasm.
          Are nice people who need the $ and are trying to get by in a complicated world

You can certainly be a business minded provider who responds fairly quickly to calls or email appointment requests.However that does not mean an organized provider is not going to give a gent all of the time he paid for.And it also does not mean she never gets off.
I am what you would call an organized provider when it comes to what you described in the pros.
I do have fun meeting new people and experiencing new things I would never get to do it is just not a business where someone is quite mechanical and is going through the motions.
But everyone has their own opinions.

Most gals fall somewhere in the middle, and even then, there are gals who have the best of both worlds while others unfortunately, have the worst.

There are just too many variables in this hobby to plug people into simple categories based on this or that label.

Most gals are somewhere in between.  They can be organized businesswise and messy at home.  They may get off or not depending on their mood, their client and the situation.  They might be a mess businesswise for scheduling, calling back, etc. But then still be strict about  the time limits, have immaculate incalls, etc.  There are too many variables to count.  The pros and cons can be mixed up depending on the individual.  I don't believe in "types".  I take each person as they are with no preconceived notions.  I try to see the best in people til they show me otherwis

There is virtually no relationship between how organized and businesslike a provider is, and how much, or little, she enjoys herself. Just because she lets you have extra time does not mean she is having fun, nor does the opposite indicate she is not having fun. I understand how it may appear that way to you. Yes, there are situations where a provider is seeing someone who disgusts her, smells awful, for example, and she can't wait to get away, but those are exceptions. Usually, women who behave in a businesslike manner always do so, whether the client gives her pleasure or not, and those who are flaky are flaky.

Remember - it is not about you. Providers have a routine, a standard performance, and it usually has very little to do with the client they are with. Just like you have a routine when you see a provider, and it is surely just as standard, whether you adore her, or she leaves you cold.

So which do you prefer? I started out enjoying the less organized providers because it felt more real, more intimate, or however you want to describe it. My first regular could be flaky as hell, was often late, but once we were together the dates could run hours past when they should end, and when I tried to pay her for the time, she seemed genuinely shocked. But over time, and as I got a better understanding of what was going on, and how things work, I lost interest in that game. Now, I like organized, and when the time is up, I leave unless strongly encouraged to stay. Businesslike at both ends, creamy, dreamy and passionate while we are together - that works best for me.

but they have a basis in truth.  They are opposites but I do see the two distinct kinds of providers out there.  If you read the TER reviews you can predict certain behaviors.  Part of my point is that if you can put up with the mess and difficulty in booking, it can payoff with a more erotic session.

But as we all know, YMMV depending on her, you, the weather, what happened yesterday, etc.

Your primary complaint seems to be that the more organized providers treat this too much as a business and that your session quality is less because they cut you off and try to get you out the door in the agreed upon time.  

My opinion, for what it is worth, is that if you really want a first rate, no rush experience, sign up for a longer session than the "standard" hour. More valuable clients get better service.   And if they don't - they go someplace where they will

My background is in major corporate business, and it indeed gave me the skills I needed to be successful in this as far as from a business approach.

I do answer inquiries promptly, I am always ready on time, I do use clean, upscale incall locations, and I do have my array of items from my "goodie" bag readily available table side.

I, however, do not short any gentleman's time, or make him feel rushed, but don't confuse that with you choosing a date duration that was too short for your tastes or desires, and then wanting extra time without paying for it. I can usually accommodate additional time, but it should be compensated.

This is absolutely fun for me! I immensely enjoy what I do. And have many, many real O's. But if I did not approach my business, and it is, with that mindset, I'd be broke and walked all over. You can have a very good mix of organized, business minded with extreme pleasure and love your "job". It's called a high end provider ;

Whilst I think I understand your point and providers (people overall!) have a tendency to gravitate towards one or the other, a better point might have been made without the Pro's and Cons.

If I were to say I were one or the other I would suggest organised but there's the occasional moment where I might be unorganised and I think most providers and people are the same.
