Excellent article in the WaPost "If you’re white, that joint probably won’t lead to jail time". All the stats are there for all yalls to see.

Justice in America is very expensive. People who can afford top lawyers are more likely to get off or get a much lighter sentence. Just look at OJ. Those who can't afford their own legal representation, and have to rely on court appointed attorneys get screwed, and then have the book thrown at them during sentencing. I am willing the to bet that most of the white people in prison are pretty poor too.

And I speculate that you are no stranger to significant mental or psychiatric issues. Lol.
Although one part of your post makes sense... less white people are in the prison system, the other part (telling white people to commit crimes because they are less likely to be punished) is not factual. Maybe white people are not caught as much because they are not in that bs racial profiling category, but that does not mean if caught, they would not do the time. It's who you know today, not always what color you are. White trash are often targeted on backpage ads, just as pimps, dealers, etc. are.
On a National whole, there are more white and asian providers compared to black, but it is what it is. Maybe less black women feel they should be in this gig? Maybe more of them would rather work 3 jobs than ever do what we do here? Nah, that could not be it.
