I'll leave it up to someone smarter than me to figure out how to run the paperwork so this health service can be included in a review and thus turn a date into a health insurance deduction.  Word of warning though - make the patient pay first and file for reimbursement himself, otherwise you'll be bogged down in billing paperwork
