Was interested in trying this.  Anyone have any thoughts good or bad about the experience?

I have experienced it twice....the best was with Ginger Taylor out of Atlanta.  It is fun time, messy but fun.

Two key points to be aware of.

1)  You must be freshly showered for the gel to work.  Your skin must be wet, so no toweling off.

2) Hotel room maybe very warm.  Gel works best in that environment and offsets the shivers from walking out of a shower soaking wet.

One final thing to consider.  If your partner has stubble in the neither region, you will feel it, like sandpaper.  In that case opt out of the body rub.  Ginger was fine, it was my first experience in which my back felt like a freshly sanded piece of drywall.

Nuru is water based, and what that means if, even if the nuru is heated up, after a few minutes is will begin to evaporate off of your skin, and leave you feeling sort of cold and clammy.

My best experience using it was on a brutally hot and humid day.  In this case, the cooling effect felt wonderful and much happiness ensued.

I'd often think about trying it out in a sauna sometime.

in Colombia it is said that when a man takes precautions he is worth two men. Taking into account simple details as mentioned by mrfisher would make the experience more enjoyable.

I’ve seen many providers say they offer “nuru” but it’s just b2b massage with oil.  As noted by others, real nuru uses a warm water & seaweed based gel, and lots of it.

I’ve seen three providers who offered genuine nuru.  All had a waterproof cover sheet on the bed with a heated blanket underneath. All required showering before and after (mutual) and used liberal amounts of gel so even on a warm day there was enough slickness.  Two were massage + BJ, one was FS and that was fun except it’s hard to do some positions when you’re both as slick as snail snot.

Definitely something to try with a skilled practitioner.  Watch some videos to learn how to do it, to me the giving is as much fun as the receiving.

Perhaps providers are catching on to REAL NURU, but, my assumption would be that at least 50% advertising this service are clueless.

Juliette4Play was advertising it and looks as if she is the real deal.  If she tours again by me I might go for it as something new to experience.

It's fun if you do it with some one who's good. Maybe check on your local board to see if there's a good nuru specialist in your area.

If I see one more lady advertising Nuru and a guy tells me she used a bottle of oil I will scream! Real Nuru has a certain technique to it as well that will leave you feeling Euphoric. Oil instead with the weight of the body releases the wrong chemicals in the body and you do not get the Euphoric feeling. I have really thought about starting a class for this and certify these ladies so you guys are not getting ripped off by someone who saying they do NURU but have no clue what Nuru actually is. Even using the gel does not mean you know proper technique! And if someone tells you they do NURU in a half hour it's not a Nuru. It takes 30 min just get the person in headspace that does not include the shower before and after.

There is an art to using the gel to keep it from becoming sticky or clammy. You must think of the body as piece of clay on a wheel and learn how to work the gel properly. It's a skill that is a must! And keeping room warm is definitely a must too.

Actually that is not true. If you had Nuru gel in a sauna the water would leave but the gel would remain. There is a specific way and type of gel that needs to be used. Many do not use it correctly causing it to become sticky. Many are cheap and just knock offs the true gel. I import mine.

NURU is a unique, extremely erotic experience. I have been offering authentic NURU bodyslide encounters for 5yrs.
I find 9/10 ladies that advertise NURU have zero concept what the definition means, & you get a chick squirting cheap oil or lube all over, and  flailing around on top of you (I kid you not)

An authentic NURU bodyslide is performed with NURU gel. It is odorless, tasteless, & activated by heat & water. There is nothing in comparison to NURU gel, so a massage without NURU gel can not be classified as NURU.

NURU is quite messy, but alot of fun!!! Many ladies perform NURU on pool floaties, air mattresses, or folding mats. I use Exxxtreme Sheets...they are completely waterproof, but are never sticky or get hot, even when covered in NURU gel. it

If you have a bad back, mobility issues, or have a preference, you may want to ask your practitioner prior to booking what the NURU massage will be performed on.

A shower/bath is mandatory before and after NURU. Please keep this in mind when scheduling, so you can set aside enough time to allow for this.

NURU is MESSY! Expect to be covered from head to toe in the gel. If you are hosting, make sure to provide PLENTY of towels for clean up, and additional time for your practitioner to spend cleaning up and returning your space back to normal

NURU IS SLIPPERY! BE CAREFUL! I can not begin to tell you how many stories i have heard where NURU resulted in a trip to the ER when someone slid off a massage table, slipped in the shower, or fell on the bathroom tile

If you want full makeup and hair photoshoot ready, and sexy lingerie, no NURU for you! Due to the nature of the encounter, it's unrealistic. We are getting immediately in the shower, the covered head to toe in gel. Expect light or no makeup, and hair completely up. I will happily entertain best of both worlds for encounters of 4+ hrs to give ample time to shower completely and do hair/makeup once our NURU experience is over

THANK YOU!!!! YES to everything you said!!! I can not tell you how many gentlemen that 'thought' they have experienced NURU before were like' WHOA!!!! I got ripped off!' after a NURU encounter with me.

Chicks advertising 30 min NURU sessions crack me up. I tell guys that if they don't have at least 2hrs in their schedule, it's not possible.

for a genuine nuru experience. But I know providers who can do a good job in an hour, and another (FS) who has a 90 minute minimum for nuru.  And your web site says your nuru sessions start at one hour.  So I’m puzzled as to why you tell guys they need at least 2 hours, unless you’re including their  travel time.

VERY nice. The girl started with a FBSM on a massage table for a HJ with prostate massage.. then into the shower for both of us.. then onto a bed for NURU. Another VERY happy ending.
I have been tempted to do it again, but the provider has dissapeared

Nuru is water based, so think evaporation, or the cooling effect when it does evaporate.

Even if you do heat the nuru gel beforehand, it cools quickly, and that was a turn off.

The best nuru massage I ever gave/got was on a brutally hot and humid day, or an air mattress on an open porch (facing the rear of the house, of course.)

There the evaporative effect felt nice and cooling.   I suppose that if you could arrange to do it in a sauna, it might be the same.

I do not count the manddatory preshower and postshower into their time, so YES they need to schedule 90mins to 2hrs out of their schedule. Any other questions smartass??

Why are you so pissed off about an honest question?

But I see now the 2 hours minimum that guys had to reserve for your nuru has gone down to 90 minutes.  Seems reasonable—30 minutes should be plenty of time for the pre-and-post shower, for your 60 minute nuru session.
