My most important prerequisite for a new provider is P411 listing and then reviews by experienced mongers. Failing the reviews, I must have referrals by either providers that I have played with or mongers that I know.
The rest of the in session requirements for me, I'm not that interested in discussing right now.

Because iv seen multiple providers say that if people just read their site they would find answers to questions they’re asking for! I check out the whole site every page lol
That's like saying that you can tell how many clients a provider sees in a week by the number of reviews.
Just saying.
1. She strikes my fancy (I suppose that goes without sayin’, but I said it anyway 😏).
2. She has a number of recent TER reviews (within the last few months) that are consistantly good overall.
3. She’s at least 25-26 years of age; I never fantasized about really young women or teenagers (even growing up, I was attracted to my teachers and my mom’s friends, not girls). That, and the human brain isn’t fully formed until around age 25.
4. She’s within my price and travel range.
And I guess that’s about it as far as the important stuff. While I do like a good website, it doesn’t have to be a work of multimedia art; it just needs to provide the important information and have a nice gallery (for the striking of those fancies, you know). And while I can’t think of a part of the female body I /don’t/ like, pictures featuring sexy legs and bare feet will /always/ draw my attention.
Oh yeah, and I generally don’t care about a given Provider’s “menu” - not even whether or not she offers the ever popular BBBJ (I’m one of the rare breed of guy that just /doesn’t/ care about BJs one way or the other). My sexual predilections are rather mundane for the most part, so I’m always confident that my desires will be satisfied.

...because it changes. Today, I was in the mood for a redhead. Tomorrow, a blonde. The next day, a twenty something petite spinner, The following day, a statuesque brunette. The only consistent is their pictures have to entice me, intrigue me, and rev my engine.

I’ve had quite a few model friends who only do this super UTR most don’t even have pictures because of their status.
So don’t be detoured by a good face blur or lack of pics if she has good reviews!

I've never been disappointed when an experienced and reviewed professional lady drops the hook out for me.
Of course I do my usual research and screening.

I check pics but that does not make or break anything. Services are more important than hair or skin color. Very rarely see BBW.
Special skills are what gets me to try a new girl: reviews mentioning deepthroat or the girl being flexible get me to read more reviews.
Convenient location/scheduling. Much rather see a girl in a northern suburb than go downtown. Some girls I want to see but my schedule does not allow during the days they are visiting. For local girls I just wait till they visit my favorite suburb.
My mood of the day...seeking blonde, tall, small...combined with location and my real-life schedule, go into sealing the deal which is usually a last minute decision.
