I am not a computer/tech expert, so I don't understand VPN and all of these other privacy/IT things very well. My point of view is...if this was illegal before it went offline, and users of this site weren't getting LOCKED up for using it based on IP address lookups, etc...what additional risk does it pose now that TER is back up online? If this PROFESSION were decriminalized, regulated, and and adult entertainment tax was levied on all transactions (with regular STI testing required to maintain an escort license, as well as proof of age 18+) women would not fear reporting abuse/assault/kidnapping/robbery to the police, nor would male customers fear reporting blackmail/extortion/kidnapping/abuse/assault/robbery, etc...The benefits of decriminalizing this trade are ENDLESS. It is the oldest profession in the world and will ALWAYS exist. This website makes things a bit safer for all parties involved. But decriminalizing it would make it WAY safer.

This only creates safety and security. Sexual assault rates will decline rapidly, people will feel better, safer, healthier, and more optimistic.
I think that is so obvious, logical and fair for those terms and conditions to become law.
States and the Federal Gov't will gain so much revenue, and save costs by helping lower infection and crime rates.

If being conservative is about economic freedom and the ability to make the choices you want without the GOVERNMENT interfering, CONSERVATIVES should want the government to STAY OUT of private transactions involving 2 consenting adults 18+...Republicans sure don't want the government involved in/monitoring/enforcing weapons sales...which can lead to horrible mass shootings and violent crimes...and yet they want the GOVERNMENT to interfere in these ethical transactions described above, leading to MORE INFECTIONS AND VIOLENT CRIMES! Republicans are WAY more vocal about their opposition to this industry than Dems, and it is only the left that wants to decriminalize this profession. And it's always the morally self righteous religious conservatives who are "caught" soliciting these services. Many of these countries are in South/Central America where there isn't even a hint of separation of Church and State. In several of these countries there are movements to recriminalize prostitution and in EVERY single case, the pressure is not coming from the religious right, it's coming from feminists and soccer moms.
