The Bill of Rights is one of the greatest pieces of literature ever written by man.  And in this vein hopefully we as Hobbyists/Providers can adapt our own Bill of Rights.  Just read on and for those of you who skipped class and smoked Doobies during 6th period History in high school then go to Wikipedia and do some quick research.  There are only 10 rights.

Here is why I have chosen this topic.  Just because this is an underground community does not mean that the rules of fairplay and etiquette do not apply to all of those involved in this lifestyle.  After all even the Mafia, of old, had certain rules that they adhered to.  In addition based upon several recent posts and some experiences I have had in the past I propose the first Bill (albeit I freely admit that as a man I am biased in this first proposal)

First Amendment:

A Provider shall not attempt to in anyway prohibit the Hobbyist from engaging in the full aspect of this fantasy.  Any attempts to bring the Hobbyist into the real world during this session shall be expressly forbidden.  Acts such as telling the Hobbyist about your Asshole ex-husband/boyfriend/baby daddy/are in violation of this amendment.  This also goes for other man hating rants such as I never knew my father.  Guess what I grew up with my father in his house for 18+ years.  Believe me when I tell you there are days when I wish I NEVER knew my father either.

Second Amendment:

ALL acts in your TER profile must be offered during the session.  It is the Providers duty to correct such mistakes in her profile.  It is NOT the duty of the Hobbyist to inquire beforehand!  Violations of this amendment are to be cause for negative reviews.  I mean really you have Anal in your profile and then tell the guy that's a mistake.  You never thought to correct that.  WTF.

Third Amendment:

Session paid for shall be the session offered.
1 hour means 60 minutes of the Hobbyists pleasure.  It does not mean 45 minutes and see ya later I have another appointment in 15 minutes.  That 15 minutes is the Hobbyists time and he should be entitled to it.  What if your babysitter said "Oh 1 hour means 45 minutes.  The other 15 minutes means I can talk to my boyfriend on my cell phone, pass second hand smoke to your 1 year old and fuck up your house"

Alas, the original Bill of Rights was not written by one man.  But believe me I could do it.  

So here is where I turn it over the community.

By the way this is not just for the Hobbyist.  Providers should post there are set of requirements.

Well, if your "second Amendment" is going to apply, then the following amendments must also apply....

1. ALL hobbyists must shower prior to the session starting

2. ALL hobbyists must have trimmed and filed fingernails. Furhter, fingers should be free of any dirt under the nails.

3. ALL hobbyists must have average to small cocks (otherwise, no more greek)

4. ALL hobbyists must brush their teeth AND visit their dentist REGULARLY to have their teeth cleaned, and any and all tooth decay, ancient bridges, cavities taken care of. (otherwise no more kissing or DATY since we wouldn't be able to offer those menu items in ALL sessions).

There is a REASON for "YMMV". Particularly with Greek, even having "anal" in the profile you should ALWASY anticipate that this item may be YMMV. I love greek, but I'm sure as hell not going to let someone split me in half just because its in my profile.

YMMV is the lubricant that makes the whole deal work.

What is being offered is a person's TIME. What happens during that time depends on a lot of factors.

Do I smell like a goat and refuse to shower? Do I have hellatious halitosis? I'm a hung with an 18" prick? Am *I* a prick who humiliates and degrades?

These factors and more WILL affect what is being provided in a person-to-person intimate setting.

Providers tend to be more tolerant of various things than some lady a guy might want to date; and that is because their goals are different. (One is looking to make babies and the other isn't.) But there are limits to anyone's tolerance.

I understand the original post's concern about time (i.e. being rushed). I agree -- if a provider would charge me extra for staying 15 minutes over, then she should be willing to refund for 15 minutes under -- fair is fair. But I haven't had any real trouble with this at all. Never been rushed.

But I really don't get this "all services to all guys" thing. What if the last guy got BBBJ and the next guy who shows up has an obviously active herpes lesion on his penis? Is the provider supposed to even touch that much less go bareback?

The attitude evinced in the original post speaks of someone who believes he has purchased a human being for cash, rather than a service. Human servitude (or, at least, LEGAL human servitude) was abolished in this country long ago.

I guess that rules out the little white, unmarked, unsealed, envelope with donation. That is, after all, the real world, along with the providers pain, discomfort, fear, and any personal needs she might have.

Wow....what an interesting albeit  miopic view of this activity.

What I really wish to say to you would not be posted as it would constitute violating a few board rules. Suffice to say that I am very glad our paths shall never cross....and yes I know you wouldn't see me either..yada yada yada.

Well, best of luck with this Bill of Rights. Be very careful what you wish for as I have said before, you just might live to regret it. If such a thing was instituted, there would also be the provider version...somehow I don't think you'd like it. Especially since we have read yours and would need to formulate our own based on your requirements.

Ridgetucky, I'm new to this whole business, but I gather that a "girl friend experience" is meant to be a more realistic human interaction than a fantasy encounter with a mythical creature who is part angel and part slave in temperament. It might even vary, depending on the client's attitude, from a "girl friend in the mood" experience to a "girl friend with a migraine" experience. That must be why all the etiquette pages and the like, that we see on providers' Web sites.

It seems to me the Rights you listed are as enforced as ever they will be: ladies who provide unreasonably scant services will sell less time once the reviews catch up to them, and men make the lady's providing experience nightmarish will know little personal warmth.

There is nothing wrong with you gentlemen getting together and writing your Bill of Rights and trying to get it to work.

The ladies...myself included are giving our opinions. If you don't like the fact that we have opinions and are permitted to voice them on this "mans board", let the mods know and see if they can stop providers from saying anything that might offend you.

In fact I would love to see this Bill of Rights in action and the end result...please give it a try.

I enjoy the presence of some of my fellow hobbyists of course, but I am far more interested in scoping out interesting ladies, who might either make my personal DNS list or become the temporary object of my future affections lol.....
