Nothing worse than misrepresentation

I have come to learn there are some well reviewed providers who use fake pictures for privacy reasons. Typically, they try for pics that at least closely resembles them. I am sure many men don’t even realize it. This includes providers that are in TER top 100, and may even be top 10 in their cities. The reviews are real though. And they are beautiful. Personally, I don’t mind it so much. If I show up, she’s beautiful and close to the pictures, and provides great service, I have no complaints. Curious though. What do others think about this practice?

It's been going on for years, and, like you, I haven't heard anyone complain that she didn't look exactly like her pix as long as she looked great and provided great service.
That said, I don't think it has ever happened to me.

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised but I only thought that low end scammer types used fake or stolen pics.

Last time I found someone stole my photos I had to laugh as the ad was for someone apparently 20+ years younger with a completely different body shape than me.  Which makes me wonder about the guys that stay anyway once they realize they have been completely fooled.

If a provider has privacy concerns, don’t show your face in your photos. Tattoos that may identify you? Edit them out of the photos of you, but in the caption say you have made such an edit.

Use of photos of anyone but you is fraudulent and amounts to nothing more than bait and switch. Even if the model in the fake photo resembles the provider and it was obtained/used with the permission of the model, it’s still fraudulent.

There’s a reason why there’s a question on the review form  asking if the photos are real. If that question is ever answered “no,” I will never contact that provider.

Actually had a provider friend of mine had her pictures, contact information, and a deposit added to her add on PD
Kept reviews unchanged so pictures went from Asian Milf to twenty something blonde .
No idea how the itself that change happen.

Most of the time I book based on pictures it's because certain features strike me. Turn me own. Make me interested.

A girl can be a 10 and used fake picture for privacy, but if I came because the areolas are small like I like them. Or the droop of the double D's spoke to  me. Or any particular feature talked me into that particular woman, with hard earned money, I want those exact things that titillated me in the first place.

I don't have any particular fetish per sei. But I def have things that make me want a girl physically. And it's not perfection and hard to quantify.

I probably would not walk out on a bait and switch that turns out to be as hot as the pics or hotter. But I might be disappointed.

I am a big fan of natural down below and seek it out.

I'm with InspectorMorse on this one. I have a gut twist over still having old pics on P411 and selfies here, but I couldn't sit with myself using someone else's pics, even if she were a perfect doppelganger.
 .
Every serious inquiry gets the Reader's Digest explanation, the link to the Photo Only board here and another 6-8pics attached to my response. And yeah, sometimes they ghost because they're interested in the 30-something me rather than the current. That's fair! I've no issue with that. I'd certainly have an issue with myself if I either didn't set the expectation straight or if I used entirely fake pics tho.

Hardly a new thing, agree.

I've seen the whole range, pics of some other woman but similar enough that they represented what I was going to see in general. Pretty accurate and recent, basically just about the make-up and lighting/angles differences between the photo and in person, older photos but seem to be the same person, highly edited photos that were very misleading. But I always take the pics as advertisement rather than some specification/documentary so expect some level of difference (as I do regarding all ad representations -- they are designed to sell and create interest so should always be viewed from that perspective IMO).

I have seen one person here post about showing up at a session, finding a very attractive woman who was not the one in the ad pic, and then walking away even though he said had the pics been of the actual woman he would have stayed. Not my approach but we all have our own way.

I noticed a number of people seem more bothered by the pictures being stolen and used without permission. My most recent experience wasn’t exactly this and another from some time ago wasn’t either.

My most recent experience involves a trio. They’re all friends, hot, and from Russia. All brunettes. If you’re paying attention, they look different but close enough to fool some. This is especially true when clients start spinning and thinking, well maybe they’re a couple of years old or touched up. That said, the pictures belong to one of them. Technically, if you see her, they’re her pictures. But you can also get one of her two friends based on availability. So, pictures are not stollen and they’re using them with consent. Still not totally above board.

A different situation from years ago I’m pretty certain most will see as a non issue. I saw this provider once who has a sister who is UTR. The main escort has a website, ads, reviews etc… If she’s booked or not available for whatever reason, she will ask if you want to see her sister. Also, if you see her, good chance near the end of the session she brings up her UTR sister and asks if you would be interested.

They may be beautiful to you, but people who choose providers based on pics and hence face pics, may be disappointed.

I've found faces others found beautiful as meh, and I've found faces that others considered meh as beautiful.

So while someone might have liked a face on the ad, the real person might have not been their cup of tea appearance wise. And that's why buyers remorse starts to set in, along with disappointment.

As fake pics are rampant in agencies, I'm on record saying if I was into face and body and not service, I'd probably quit the hobby.

Totally get what you’re saying — it’s actually pretty common in the industry for some providers to use older photos or more polished images for privacy or branding reasons, especially in bigger markets. As long as the reviews are real and the actual experience matches the vibe of the profile, most people are fine with it — after all, what matters most for many clients is the quality of the interaction and service, not pixel‑perfect matching images.

For those who like to compare different profiles and get a feel for who’s out there, sites like https://escort‑almaty.com/
can be useful — they often show a range of companions with real feedback, which helps people make informed choices rather than just going by photos alone.

It really comes down to personal preference: some people want exact images, others just want good chemistry and a great experience. What’s your take — do you usually ask for recent pics before booking, or go by reviews?
