See TER IDs: 377685, 377686 & 377687.  Interestingly, the profiles are consecutively numbered and two of the profiles are of providers in the same small city.

 
There is no indication that whoever created the profiles actually saw the providers because the profiles don't list the names of the hobbyists who created them.  These profiles don't have reviews but they are labelled as "RIPOFF!"  

 
I think the profile should also list the person who created it.  That way we can know if he's a reliable hobbyist or if he just has a grudge against a provider.  First-time reviewers shouldn't be allowed to create a "Ripoff" profile.

It would be nice to know who setup the profiles.

I thought that a review could be posted for a rip-off.
