Well manicured hands, and in particular finger nails are clear indication of cleanliness, and I am not necessarily talking about saloon style manicures. A well applied at-home nail polish beats half pealed raggedy nails any day of the week.  

Length is also relevant; for me, lady's finger nails between 1/8" and 1/2" are desirable. I stay away from ladies with nails longer than 1/2". I just cannot fathom how in the world can anyone be effective at wiping their butt or properly washing their pussy with 1" or longer nails curving in every direction, no matter how nice or colorful they might be.

I do NOT have a foot fetish by any means, however, one of the first things I look on any lady are her feet, in particular how well maintained are her toe nails. Well maintained toe nails and soft feet are unequivocal indication of self-care, attention to detail and cleanliness.

I do agree with you 100%.  

I always keep my hands neat and clean, I do a lot of mechanic work on my cars or bikes, and get all greasy and what-not, but that is why soap and nail brushes were invented. I don't do anything special, simply soap and water, nothing else; but right after that no one can tell I was just rebuilding an engine or packing wheel bearings.

My feet are also always clean and well maintained, again, nothing fancy, just soap and water, and trim the nails whenever they are longer than 1/8", that's all it takes.

I use to do a lot of work on engines/Harleys and such and I found wearing those medical gloves helped keep my fingernails clean. These days I pass on the nail clippers and use emeory boards to "sand" down my nails. They do a fast job and there are no sharp edges. I get the large black ones

I tend to go home and tear away at the guitar - electric, acoustic and 12 string. People keep coming back, so it must not be so important that they will stop coming back for a world class blow job and a tight pussy with perfect tits. I don't really polish them for that reason.

I have Holiday nails right now, and they're super awesome, but I can't play guitar or I'll ruin them. But oh well.

Toes? My feet are in tip top pedicured shape at all times. Haven't learned to play music with my feet. But they can oil up the steak flute pretty nicely. :D
