we have nothing like the level of silly, intrusive regulation that you have in Nevada.  Working as a sole operator escort in my home state of New South Wales (where Sydney is for those of you who are geographically challenged) requires that I meet the same criteria as any other small business.  My reporting requirements are simply a function of the business structure I use - eg sole trader, private company, partnership, trust etc.
