were on providers who are doing very well. The breasts that lie naturally, hang naturally and feel soft can look so real that I need to be told they're not. The ones that hurt when you get bumped in the head are obviously fake, and those providers don't seem to command as much money.

Just like your business investments, there is a psychological component (ego), as well.  You might decide to increase your office space: should you spend the investment $ on the top floor of the fanciest skyscraper with mahogany fixtures or will cheaper space with plywood and formica in a suburb suffice?  

Any lady considering getting breast enhancements needs to consider the fact that some guys prefer small natural breasts. By getting enhancements, these potential customers will be lost.  Perhaps many more will make up for it, but it's a trade off.  Bigger is not always better, at least to some guys way of thinking.

I had beautiful natural full C's and decided to upgrade. I chose the best doctor, the best quality implants and voila they are super soft to the touch and no scar to be seen. I can't say if business got any better simply because some prefer natural and some like big breasts. I know that I did not lose any of my regulars and I have never had any complains from new friends.  I do miss my old pair sometimes as clothing became an issue. A tiny waist and a large chest make it difficult to fit into most size 6's unless we are talking about spandex. However, I can tell you that when  I'm alone, I'm always massaging and living on them. At the end of the day that's all that matters.

Don't worry, I won't. Student loans get priority over my areolas.  

Very true...and the only reason I myself have not had the surgery, lol. The handful who suggested it("You'll make so much more!"), in comparison to the dozens who said, "Don't change a thing", won me over to stay natural.
