what's the etiquette when your 411-posting or request for info/recommendations has resulted in several helpful responses?

Do you:

a) read the info & go about your business?

b) post a response/feedback/thank-you note?

c) p.m all the respondents

I generally PM and thank the guys who have given me helpful information.

or in my case, they may choose to use an alias. Put up a "thank you" post unless the individuals PM'ed you. Otherwise, thank them via PM.
