Think you were around when the 100 lists started. Never heard of providers strong arming guys for numbers. Never heard of providers getting a handle here and giving low numbered reviews here on their competition. Even today there are providers going over the edge when given a 9.
This is a community but also a business and a lifestyle.
Gentlemen, quick heads-up: Twitter/X has been shutting down a lot of accounts lately. Most of us didn’t disappear—we just got banned. Many providers are opening new accounts or switching to backups, so you’ll see smaller pages rebuilding their followings.
For me and the ladies I know, we’re posting way more TOS-friendly content now—think recipes, cats, cozy vibes, and a lot less of the usual… well, you know. LOL
Thanks for sticking with us. Many of us run newsletters through our websites, so bookmark links like Beacons or Linktree. If you follow us on Twitter, be mindful of what you reply with—keeping it vanilla keeps everyone safe and our accounts active.
I just deactivated all my social media it did not produce any bookings, just gifts for me. I will be utilizing my time more wisely. Posting your tour dates is forbidden. 🚫 The last time my account was suspended it was because my avatar photo was too explicit. I had over 6,000 followers, but that means nothing if no one is booking dates from that site I paid for premium.
I'm so tired of this social media policing and flip flopping. Not to get into politics and stuff but wasn't the whole Twitter makeover under the guise of accepting free speech? I guess it's just freedom of speech for selected sides.

Everything goes there and I mean EVERYTHING if you set your preferences right. Just DO a quick search and find out.
We once had 27K followers on Twitter/X but were shut down multiple times so we went to Bluesky, but finding it hard to get traction. I guess we're not smutty enough. Holy crap.
I'm guessing that many people (like me) don't really want to bother with another X/Twitter clone.

Is there any proof this even happens? Most people who reach out to me never say they found me through the platform. They will say here or my ad site but not social media . So I am curious as to who is seeing a conversion from any type of social media? And guys if you do find someone on social media by happenstance how did you find them ?
They told me they only kick you off for hate speech or spamming. Which is a lie because I never did either. 12 years of content gone in an instant. It has made me hate social media.
They are suspending accounts that promote or sell "Illegal and Regulated Behaviors".
I have a back up that I will get going shortly but this is really frustrating. Once I get my next x account going, I don't want it linked to my TER profile, it will just show X where the traffic is coming from and will result in another ban.

I almost have to think that these suspensions are driven by "complaints", and if that is the case I wonder if this is being driven by conflicts or competition. I see plenty of graphic material that is far more explicit than the posts from any of the ladies here who say they have been suspended.
I never thought of anyone as my competitors because this industry is for absolutely anyone one we’re all free to be ourselves. Everyone is so very different. This is the only industry that does not have specific requirements.

Bluesky is the place to be ! Followers get gained even when your not active on it . Left it alone when I first used it and signed in about a month later and seen 160 followers when it was just at 6 or 7 .
They are SW friendly , NSFW posts are okay if your preferences are set correctly .
X is still the hot spot. Just be sure to pay for the subscription for exposure if that's what you seek. I know there are those discreet providers/hobbyists who like to keep a low profile on social media. I use to be one of those years ago when I first got into the business .

But , yes . I have moved them to text or call, messenger apps, etc. But not booked directly through bluesky. I don't like using social media inbox or posts to book with clients. Discretion is important and that's too much exposure. I expose enough already. Lol.

The steady stream of posters suggests that TER remains a safe harbor for many, despite its critics. And judging by the quiet traffic, plenty have been browsing from the shadows even if they haven’t posted.
For what it’s worth, I’m exhausted by the constant migrations from one social platform to another. The novelty wears thin, the fragmentation gets old, and the “next big thing” rarely delivers. BlueSky, in my opinion, hasn’t lived up to the hype.
It raises an interesting question: What happens when followers stop following? When the crowd moves on, what remains - community, or just momentum?
I'm not really active much on X but I do follow a lot of people and like to see what they're posting. Occasionally, I'll engage or comment if I see something so shiny I can't ignore. I've never had an issue with anything I've posted, shared or commented on with X but the first comment I made on bluesky got me immediately kicked off. Posting "a gun cannot shoot itself" got me booted.
I am on facebook for my "private" life (I don't friend clients there but they are welcome to follow me) and I am on X for my "business" life. I do cross post though so one is not strictly one or the other. That is enough for me. X does at times feel like I am living in a political right wing echo chamber, but it is what it is. I don't have the time to develop a whole new social media platform. I have cookies to bake, gawd damn it.

I've heard tell of this happening a lot, and that's why I eschew (no wise cracks!) social media; except for this site.
I am an open sex worker. My identity and profession are known. Secrets are the root of problems, that is why I prefer to have none! If I were ashamed or embarrassed about something in my life that means I would need to change my life, not my social media posts. I am out there Jerry, and loving every minute of it!!
Same here. Had an X account that I used only to subscribe to Spas and provider account. Never posted, Never shared.
Was banned about a month ago for "violating the rules"
Appealed, and received no answer, just an email that this is final and cannot be repealed.
Account lost.
Staying away from X.
My guess is that they handed off this function to some AI bot that is getting carried away.
