well, nothing is safe if you don't use protection whether it's heterosexual or homosexual.  

The article also stated that ""The couple said they routinely had unprotected sexual contact and shared sex toys between them. At times, the contact was "rough to the point of inducing bleeding in either woman," according to the CDC.""

no comments there, we all know that part......

sorry but i seriously have to call BS on this one! more likely that whoever caught it was a drug user... or cheated on her gf with a man and didnt want her to know.... I just dont see this happening! Ive seriously done my research on the subject and know alot about how it works! Its never truly been confirmed and believed that a man has gotten HIV from a woman through vaginal sex....CDC believes that most men who   claim to have gotten it from vaginal sex with a woman were not in fact telling the truth! Idk.... but that would be extremely unfortunate if this is what actually happened!
