As far as the OP's question, i'm not bipolar but SUFFER with SEVERE anxiety and depression at times.
Depression meds cause or can cause sexual dysfunction. In my case, I don't take meds for 48 hrs before a date and then pop a blue pill. ( Viagra ) Age also has a lot to do with performance.

I'm in my lower 30's, so I'm at my peak. On days I don't feel sexual, which is rare but there are days, when the money is plopped on the counter, I get sexual real quick. I even trick myself LOL. I don't want someone paying that much for something to leave disappointed. It's serious money in my eyes.
The job thing is correct in a sense, something changes when it's 'work'. Money, class, and a penis are three great motivators as well.

However some women have healthy sexually appetites that are seen as odd because having a healthy sex drive isn't normal. Why may you ask? I think a lot of it has to do with the BC pill, antidepressants, ect. I don't think we realize how often some of these medications screw with our natural sex drive.
