This wouldn't work for you, but I base my discount offers based on the temp.  

If its 30 degrees out, I make a 30% off offer. 25 degrees, 25% off offer, 20 degrees...well you get the idea.  

It makes it fun and the gals who know me, don't really have to dicker with me. They just go by the airport temperature and that's what we both agree as the final arbiter of the process.

You see, negotiating doesn't have to be THAT confusing or painful.
