I don't do it anymore -- I'm VERY unlimber.  But I did it for about a year in Santa Monica, and I ALWAYS was paying more attention to the girls.  In fact I usually chose the beginning classes with the hottest teachers.  I was always worried about getting a boner when she came around to correct my pose.

And how many of you check out the girls when they are in a pose that requires them to be spreading their legs and/or having their legs wrapped around their head?

Yoga class always makes me think of sex for many reasons.
I love practicing yoga and I'm always wondering if the guys in the class are paying more attention to the girls instead of themselves?

Not Yoga but I've taken lot's of scuplting classes and the like in the past.  And yes, I was always looking at the girls a$$e$.

I recently got invited to join a Pilates class by two women I work with.  I'm very tempted but since I'd love to sleep with both of them there would be way too much temptation.  You know the old adage, "Don't get your meat where you get your bread."

I was extremely limber when I was "younger".

Then "maturity" set in and things tightened up.

I tore ACL's in both knees, had one rebuilt, and ruptured 2 lumbar discs.
I am barely able to touch my toes now.
I keep working on it, but I think it's a lost cause and it's time to chalk it up to old age.
BTW, yes, we are watching and fantasizing.

Oh, well, I can still swing a golf club, so I'm good.....

Just my opinion...

As a youngster Lilias got me off many many times. WOO HOO those sexy poses.

Of course she was quite unaware of her affect on my young self. She was a fantasy on TV.

All these years later, I still find myself remembering the simple things she taught about things like relaxation. She laid on her back with eyes closed, arms/hands away from her body, gently rocking her head from side to side. She would talk you through relaxing each and every part of your body, in as much detail as relaxing your eyelids.

Hey, I'm a battle worn old fart now and if I tried any of those poses she routinely did on TV, I would break something.

BUT, I gotta admit, the relaxation thing worked and still works for me today, and I can only wish I had taken her teachings more seriously. Flexibility prevents pain.

If I only knew then.

I practice for an hour a day, every morning.

I mostly do so at home, but a couple times a week I go to a yoga studio. Honestly, I'm too focused on the yoga to particularly notice females in the class - I guess I find it very energizing (it's an amazing exercise when you get some mastery of the forms) but not "sexy" per se.

Maybe I would if I were simply observing it, rather than doing it myself.

Beyond that I find it pretty meditative, so I'm not really focused on "me", much less anyone else around - which is sort of a major point of yoga! ;)

O.

I can highly recommend pilates over yoga (I've practiced both). Pilates isolates the core muscle groups providing enhanced flexibility and strength where perverts need it most, LOL.

I used to do pilates 3 days a week and yoga 3 to 4 days a week. The results were incredible! It helps to be flexible in this business, you guys get us into so many different positions! ;o

No better place for eye candy than a gym.  Never too old to look and dream and ....

I spend at least 10-15 minutes doing a few poses and try to get in 30-60 minutes. I finally 'get' yoga and find the emotional/spiritual releases and realizations very profound. When I do go to a studio with my daughter I find the women pretty distracting sometimes, though. Never had the issue 'come up' but it would be embarassing, to say the least, to have a yoga boner. lol

Better than yoga.  I have been taking ballet for about 30 years, since I was in my 20s.  I also take other types of dance, such as tap, jazz, Russian character, flamenco, etc.

It has totally distorted my views of women, since dance classes in LA have the highest rate of attractive women compared to any other group.

Sometimes I am in dance class, the only straight guy in a class with 15 really attractive women.  I look around and say to myself, "Man, I am glad I never got into basketball."

Reminds me of the few years I took ballet as a young adult. Great fun!

I am fortunate to have a practice as well as a position that has me on travel freqently -- which means I have the great pkeasure of being able to 'drop in' to many classes, many styles.  It is not uncommon to be in group where I am the only guy.  While it is an individual practice, the sense of yula (community) one gets from a group practice is irreplaceable.  Women instructors like having some 'male' energy in the room.  While you can take measure of the various shapes and sizes of all the yoginis, once begun, your attention is self-centered and on those rare occassions even lost.

The fun answer to your inquire is that I can find myself thinking about certain asanas during sex!  haha -- and hope my partner isn't -- at least not thinking about savasana.  namaste

Your last line broke me up!  But got me thinking...how about your tree into my standing bow!
