of something more serious.

And if you needed some medical professional to tell you to cough to reduce some pain, and it's been working for years, just what credentials does this MD have?

Why would some medical professional pound a needle into your spine?  A good professional knows the correct entry points.  Same with a catheter.  And an IV?  Damn woman, what clinic/s are you going to?

I sure hope you never have to see this tool if something serious ever has to be addressed.  Makes me wonder if that doctor even inserted this IUD properly.

and I've been with him for 8 years.  But he needs to learn the "cough" method...also detailed in my blog.

Whenever you have a painful experience, the "cough" method really helps lessen the pain.  I "coughed" for my epidural, and when he pounded the needle in my spine, I didn't feel a thing.  I "coughed" for my catheter and also didn't feel a thing.  And when I also coughed for my IV, I knew they were on to something.

My gyno either needs to use the "cough" method or give me a local the next time (in 2021) that I need a new Mirena.

I don't work ESCORTING on my time of the month but I do occasionally do SENSUAL BODY RUBS

If ever for some reason you have to, here are some tips

Take a couple ibuprofen, usually 3-4 200mg tablets works (it slows down the flow a lot sometimes even stops it for a few hours)

And get a sea sponge from cvs or Walgreens.

Break a piece off, clean it with soap and water of course, dry it off
Then push it inside of you.

Feels soft and natural and works great.

I learned this when I was in adult magazines.

Ladies would sometimes start their cycles during or right before taping and they would use sea sponges and continue lo
