Yesterday I got screened for STDs and the test came out positive for chlamydia. I called my doctor to let him know the results and to get treated. He prescribed some antibiotics and informed me not to have sex a while and that my wife needs to get on some antibiotics as well and to have her get a STD screening done as well. He does not know about my wife's job at a brothel. She is screened weekly and her tests came up negative. So I likely got it from an escort instead of her
I do know you can have false negative if you have been recently exposed and I am sexual active with her so she may have it despite her test results. She knows I hobby so I don't need to worry about being outed. And I am positive my wife will listen to our doctor and take some time off and go on antibiotics. I am going to tell her tomorrow when she gets home from visiting a her sister that just had a baby. I also fell I need let the other ladies that I had sexual relations with sense my last screening about the issue so they can be screened and keep everyone safe as can be in this hobby. What is the best way to do this without being blacklisted or put on her DNS list? Any advice? Ladies would you appreciate the heads up? Would you hold it against him? I'm a bit nervous about the whole thing.

Chlamydia is curable and you seem to have your wife situation under control so you're fine. The problem is telling the escort which should be more of a courtesy than anything. But let the more experienced guys/gals here tell you before you post a review.

I think you've got really good advice in the thread and I wouldn't blame some providers for putting you on DNS; some will overreact, count on it. The fact remains, you got the "clams" from doing something and that is the bigger question. Will you go back to perform such practices? Check your arsenal, repertoire of whatever you call it and refrain or re-think how you participate in the hobby. It could have been a lot more serious than Chlamydia and if it where, literally thousands of people could get infected in a short time. Avoid mouth to mouth, mouth to genitalia, anus or whatever the free wheeling practices for a while after you are clear w/o the proper covers and protections.

Covered full service or covered BJ. Only have uncovered full service with wife and none of the 3 other ladies offered bbbj. Condoms are not 100% even if they don't break. And before you blame my wife she is tested weekly and always came out negative. There is no such thing as safe sex just safer sex. I am learning this the hard way. I could have got it from any of the 4 ladies I have had sex with sense my last screening, including my wife.

do not imply that you believe you got the STI from the ladies you contact,
make it very clear that you are afraid that you might have given it to them,
and that you are letting them know out of concern for their health...

A simple email or call, or however you plan on contacting the ladies, telling them that you have tested positive for chlamydia and since you had seen her since your previous screening, you fear you may have exposed her to the infection and wanted to let her know that she should probably get tested.

No judgment, no accusations, take all the blame on yourself, because if the ladies feel at all that you are accusing them they may get defensive.

Best of luck.

JI am avoiding all sexual behaviors for a month as my doctor recommended and until I test cleanly. I test monthly as testing is cheap and the risks are real both from the escorts I see and my wife's job. I only see one to four escorts a month, usually only two or less. And I don't do anything besides oral uncovered with anyone other than my wife and she is tested weekly and always comes up clean. So the odds of me infecting more than a few is low. I never planned on blaming anyone just planned on giving them a warning as I could have just as easily gave it to them as they could have given it to me. What gets me is I didn't even get a uncovered BJ from anyone besides my wife and she's checked weekly. She always tested clean. I don't know how I got it but I did. I guess it proves what my 8th grade health teacher said, "There is no such thing as safe sex just safer sex."

Don't put all the blame on yourself, it takes two (or several). I really can't make heads or tails of your situation, but it sounds like your wife may be culpable. If you are wearing condoms and I have not doubt you do with providers, are you wearing them with your wife? Yes, she's testing negative or so she says, but I hope she gets testing outside of the brothel source. It could be that it's being passed unknowingly and some testing sources are not as "careful" and strict as others (not pointing fingers, it's the truth). Let's face it, even in brothels, risque sex is not a stranger. Just like in the porn community, there's lots of free wheeling contact and fluids exchanged even when there is seemingly little risk.

I think you did a fine job of explaining it here.  You don't know where you got it.  You are just giving a heads up to everyone since your last test a month ago (make that clear).  You will refrain until you have a clear test. (You might want to tell them that too.  So they know you are being responsible.)
You can not be sure of others testing schedules & routines.  The heads up is certainly the right thing to do.
Best Wishes,
skb

YOu have a leval of honesty with your wife that most men would kill for..

be honest with your lady friends..

Someone did not play safe..
you are doing and have done the right thing....

If a lady has blacklisted you for this I am thinking she is not your kind of lady......
really.. If it were you wife in these shoes. how would you expect her to behave and respond...
