...orgasms for men. In CG, it is difficult to achieve full pelvic thrust so it makes it more difficult to cum. OTOH, cowgirl (or any other position you don't like) is good if you want to delay release for a while.  Mish and doggie allow a great deal of pelvic thrust making it easier to cum.

I've noticed the same thing. I can cum in that position, but it takes longer. I just consider it as part of the foreplay. It's exciting and very visual, but not highly stimulating.  I finish in mish or canine or some variation of those two.

There are two main 'trigger points' in a man's penis, at the base on the top side, and the frenulum, where your penile head comes together on the underside. Many guys will not receive enough stimulation in CG to get them over the top.

Also with CG, if a woman is  putting a lot of her weight on the guy as she grinds, chances are she is also putting pressure on the veins on either side of his groin. Can mess up blood flow and not allow the penis to get to its maximum hardness, and in some cases cause the erection to be lost.

One of the reasons doggystyle is liked by guys is that he has a good chance of stimulating the base-of-the-penis trigger point. If he pulls almost all the way out with each thrust, and she has good vaginal-entrance muscle tone, his frenulum can get good stimulation as well. For guys who 'end too quickly', avoid doggystyle until you are close to ejaculating.

Missionary is good for stimulating the penile base, and, if her hips are elecated via a pillow, it allows for frenulaum stimulation as well, either at the vaginal entrance, or, if you have 5 inches or more of length, if you pay attention you should be able to feal her cervix while thrusting and recieve 'trigger' stimulation that way. Just be gentle.

Are we talking regular cowgirl or Asian cowgirl.  I'm pretty useless with regular cowgirl.  Asian cowgirl is another matter however.  It's actually just about the only way I can get off with a rubber on through penetration.

There have been a lot of threads about why providers seem to like CG s so much.  I have three theories, first, many women find it easiest to orgasm while grinding it out in that position.

Second, it's less intimate than other positions.  So, if you're with some guy you're only marginally attracted to, then CG lets a woman put on a good performance without getting too close.  And I've always assumed that if she's doing reverse CG, it's because she wants to pretend she's somewhere else, with someone else, but that's just my opinion.

Third, the position affords a provider the most control over how the session goes.  All of which makes CG my least favorite position when seeing a provider.
