But damn right I'm gonna warn a girl about you if you're dumb enough to use me as a reference and you behaved poorly, or had something going on that I wish I had been warned about: Dumb enough to show up with a big ol' herpes sore on the mouth? YUP! Telling her!! Booked two hours, were exactly an hour late and only paid me for one? YUP! Telling her! Repeatedly tried to do stuff unprotected, without asking? You got it! I'm telling her! This is our job and our health. If you fuck with that, she deserves to know. The majority of girls dont remember who the hell you are except that yes she saw you, so people like the above slip through the cracks and are able to get "good" references. Not on my watch, skippy. You are the only person I saw that week and I. Know. You.  

On the same note, if you are a straight up awesome guy, I will absolutely do my best to make sure she treats you well. Again, no specifics, but I can write a pretty good recommendation, believe it or not. I've even had girls email me back, thanking me for the reference that made her make an exception to her schedule, and led to having a great time. And you know what? That feels way better than having to send out a shitty reference.
