Saw this on the Newbie Board:

Somebody asked if girls were generally on the pill, an alias slammed him for asking a stupid question.  But how stupid is it?

Condoms aren't perfect, especially when they're being removed post-orgasm.  I'm not sure where the noob got his idea that providers get pregnant "all the time," but it must happen.

Thoughts?

The post slamming the Newbie has been deleted, the Newbie Board is a place where newbs should be allowed to post their questions with out fear of getting slammed. Even I am nice on the Newbie Board. lol

and yes providers "do get pregnant all the time", just ask yourself have many providers have children, unless the stork is bringing them. lol

I've heard tales of hobbyists getting providers preggo.  I'd guess that it's not the rule, but if people are fucking anything is possible.

That a hobbyist got a provider pregnant using condoms?

Stop it.  I don't want to hear it.

I'm not on hormonal birth control and haven't used it for years.

Guess what?  I've never had a pregnancy scare.

I have provider friends who never use hormonal birth control.

Guess what?  They never have pregnancy scares.

Stop the theatrics.  It is a legitimate question but condoms do work.  If clients avoid getting tangled up in BBFS situations with providers they're momentarily hot for they won't ever have to worry about getting her pregnant and if they do on accident or in an instance of failure...he'll probably never know.

Let's just say that names were changed to protect the child and its new parents, but you'd know them if I gave the real ones.  Condoms do work, but you still have margin for error.

If you do not indulge in bbfs and dont use tiny condoms on the well endowed, you should have no pregnancy scare.

when we net 33 years ago My ex and I used condoms exclusively for birth control. For five years we screwed like rabbits and she never got pregnant.  When we got married she switched to the pill, we were only having sex once or twice a week by then (marriage does that to ya') but she was pregnant within a year...WHILE ON THE PILL.

Nothing is fool proof.

For my money there is no such thing as a "stupid question" but asking about provider birth control is the same as asking how often they get tested.  Expecting a straight answer is a bit naive to say the least.

I know at least three ladies I have used a lot the last several years who do not use anything except condoms for birth and infection control. That is a small sample out of the 1000's of providers available however I bet the % is higher than you would think.

My ATF, who has no civvie relationship, uses nothing but condoms since she never has unprotected sex.  A couple of other gals that I am a regular with say the same.

Unless the hobbyist is shopping around for a lady who will bareback him then that really should be no concern of his.

That is like concerning yourself about what the lady does with her money after she makes.  That is a personal matter that does not need to be shared.

Using two increases the friction between them, making it MORE likely to have them break.

But , however, perhaps she meant one for each head.

I don't really care. I am just surprised. I just thought a provider would decrease as many chances as possible.

I had a provider insist on double bagging Jr.  It reduces the sensation so much I could not get off.  Never again.
In all the years I've been in the hobby, I have only had one condom failure.  That one bad latex condom was noticed before any risky actions.

I would think the bigger concern would be about STI's instead of pregnancy...  I mean, you still only have a small window in her cycle for fertilization, but STI's are possible at any time.  If the condom failure is so great to find that window, how many exposures has the provider had to other things before that happened?
