Anybody here have an opinion on the inaccurate/misleading reviews found on TER? I recently gave a provider a bad, but fair, review. Another hobbyist sent me a PM to say he had also seen her recently, had a similar experience, but did not write a review. However, she must have thought it was him because she was blowing up his phone with texts, blaming him for the bad review! What a ridiculous situation! Note to guys who give inflated ratings: you are causing a lot of grief for those who follow.

You've got an entire sect of johns that write 10/10's for hookers...and the reasons vary. But so often it is for BBFS, discounted or free sessions, johns pimping and so on.
And then you have new guys who don't realize that the hookers with her WK contingent will berate and BL guys for not complying with some idiotic requests by a hooker for high marks. They tend to get the phone blowing up as you discuss.
No system is perfect. But it's easy to spot the johns with the agenda (as in giving out strings of 10's), hookers looking for those 10's so they can claim to be on the TER top list and raise their rates.
Backchannel is the best way to get more real information. Most of the 10 boys will admit in backchannel that the hooker they gave the 10 to is pretty average looking. There are some hookers that really are hotties...but most simply aren't.
Do your homework and you'll figure out who is who quickly.
Sadly it's true. Originally I put a lot of faith in reviews on Private Girls when searching for the right WL to book until one of WL's revealed that they get to write their own reviews or edit those written by punters so that only positive feed back is seen.
I now rely on several sites like this one to get honest feedback on the WL's performance.

I'll have two appointments in a day. One is a dud and I feel like shit, like I did nothing right for the guy, I felt unattractive because he didn't say anything about the way I looked and acted like he just 'followed through though he was disappointed", and then there are the guys that treat you like you're a queen and like you're god's gift to them two hours later. WTF? Because either the guy didn't do the research, or it's the fact that we can't show our faces on the sites so they really don't know what they're in for, or it's just the fact that we just couldn't connect. We're human just like people who aren't hookers. Maybe I should start whining like a porn star and faking ten 'os' for the guys I don't connect with, hahaha.
In dating it's the same. My friend loves a certain type of guy. I like them too, but for me the mind blowing experiences I've had are with a different type. Personality and looks. Recently got a really good review, then one that was my lowest in performance to date. Who cares? Read what happened and see if he was being an ass or just being honest.

There are some reviews I look at and think, "Yeah, I was having a serious problem trying to connect with this guy. Totally get it." One guy requested an outfit and I realized right before the appointment I looked like a lesbian! HAHA! Too late! LMFAO. I apologized and was happy to be naked soon after.

Nothing new that providers whine and bitch about any score under an 8 so consider that going in. You can't say a guy's scores are "inflated" because he thought she was a 10 and you thought she was a 7...that shit is all subjective, and reviews are to be taken with a grain of salt. We all know of providers who blackmail for reviews, but word gets out about them which is why you see so many insulting the guys on these boards lol.
I have 7s, 8s, 9s and 10s, so there ya go. Just because one guy gives me a 7, does not mean the guys who gave me 10s inflated them. It is only THEIR opinion.

After seeing some of the replies here, I realize I should have suggested you read my last review so you get an idea of what I'm talking about. I rated her a "5" in the looks department, which may be a bit generous. Let me tell you, there is no way she is a "7 - Attractive" or "8 - Really Hot" in anybody's book! The pics on her 411 ad are either bogus or really old.
Most johns wouldn't even write that review for fear of reprisals...such as you discussed originally.
The best you can really do is let your local pals know that she is butt ugly...and a 5 in a review means she is "butt ugly". Just remember that today another XXX johns just started and have no VIP to read your review and will just go based on the pics of her on P411 or her other ads. No way to really stop that crap as she'll simply move on to another city and create another stage name.
Best to backchannel with your local pals about her. But please don't send her to ChiTown....we've got too many butt ugly ones already 
For future reference...don't give up your TER handle to any of these gals. Just another way to minimize the drama. At least it wasn't some 10/10 hooker and her WK contingent hunting you down

I gave a provider a decent review, but not a great review. I think I scored her around 8 or 8.5. I'd seen the photos of her, and they showed a really tight, gorgeous body. Well, she'd been touring for quite some time, just hanging out in hotels and eating and putting on weight. I mentioned that she wasn't as toned as in the photos.
Every time I did something, it irritated or hurt her. DATY? My beard scratched (I'd just shaven). I was fingering her rough. It was very gentle compared to what I'm accustomed to. I bent her legs back too far. I couldn't believe a pro would be complaining about these things, or that a pro would find anything like this uncomfortable. A 14 year-old virgin, maybe, but not a pro.
Anyway, I wrote the review honestly, and she ripped into me. Said I never actually saw her, things like that. I re-wrote the review slightly to remove her complaints, but didn't change the scoring.
Maybe she had a rough morning or night before. I don't know.

I have no problems with 95% of the providers that I see. It's not like I am tying them into pretzels but I like multiple positions some of which I can't do with a MILF out of concern for hurting them. Also, the panting that some of them do tell me that they are not having any trouble breathing and I have never had a single complaint.

She is actually a work out nut if you read her past posts. I am way more flexible now in my 30s than I was in my 20s, and I would imagine that goes for many others. Most people work out MORE as they get older.

I know from decades of marriage that sometimes a woman is more sensitive to fingers than others. So, with this provider, I started very gently. The only way I could have been more gentle would have been to not finger her at all. I'm serious.
The issue of razor stubble confounded me, too, as I had just shaved within the previous hour with a brand new razor and did my check for stubble with the back of my hands. I'd never had any woman complain about stubble.
The issue of her legs wasn't when we were having intercourse. I remembered incorrectly. It was when I was going down on her. The provider I mentioned has been the only one to complain about stubble. If I find it's an issue again, I'll go for a straight razor shave before I go to the hotel.
As it is now, I get a manicure the night before, and bring hand sanitizer. The second-last thing I do before leaving my motel to head to the hotel is shower (the last thing is put on clothes). I'll already have the bags in my car.
I don't want any more complaints.
The last couple of years or so, the review inflation and dishonesty has reached an all new high (or low). The good news is, I have eyes and I can clearly see that most 10's 8's and most 8's are 6's. I have went with a 2 to 3 point deduction and that keeps things in perspective for me.
As far as performance scores, it is more difficult to say because you are not in the same room, but clearly the 10's are mostly gifts or the provider is giving "extras" to earn them.
Part of the problem is TER's policy of rating providers. This is turning many providers into 10/10 bitches so they maintain or keep their high rating by doing things they shouldn't be doing or to threaten and coerce hobbyists.
It is interesting that the stories and ratings change when the information is handed out privately.
"I don't know" answers which suggest big risk as far as services go. I could see if the girl had pages and pages of nothing but 9s and 10s, but she does not even have a working website. I don't know why he saw her at all.

As far as the "don't know" answers we still have a lot of hobbyists who really don't know or are sloppy in filling out the review stats. The profiles are also not updated enough by hobbyists and definitely not enough by providers.
I agree! I don't partake very often, but some of the reviews vs. the actual person are laughable! TER review listed the provider as a 10, model material, but when I got there, either the reviewer was blind or so hard up, could not assess what a 10 really can be. I assume a 10 is someone who is in shape, is clean, and has accurate photos, not to mention is enjoyable in the sack. A 10 is not 75lbs over weight, is 10 yrs older than her age listing, and who should simply retire. It is misleading and frankly I am not sure if it is the provider doing the review for herself to bring in business or the actual person. It is also hard in TER to give a high rating on someone at a specific rating list.

I do have to say though, it's amazing sometimes the things men have been told are hot their whole lives. Sometimes by two or three wives, even. Some people are allergic to stuff, some aren't. Skin does weird things.
Personally, I'm allergic to many mainstream products and if a guy just shaved and put on after shave and then came over, there's a good chance his - although smooth - face is going to give me hives on my thighs, etc later which sucks. So you never know what the situation is. People just need to ask each other and be honest with their answers.

I can't tell for sure if your comments are directed at me, exempt me, or are just directed at guys in general.
First, do you really think I could be with a woman for 45 years (plus some other women in a two-year semi-hiatus we took from one another) and not know what she liked and did not like? Further, she was very direct if she didn't like something or if it irritated her. She also was a squirter, and would leave a pretty good sized puddle on the bed (on which she'd make me sleep ) when things went right. So I do think I had some idea of what felt good and what did not.
I don''t put knees up at the ears. If I have to lift, it's just enough to gain access. And I'll support the legs, not expect the woman to try to suspend them. If a woman is lying completely flat, though, getting to the top means bending my neck to the point where it's painful.
People DO need to ask and be honest. The problem I'm encountering in this is that I can't get a straight answer. I'd rather get some suggestions that a bunch of fake "ooooh's" and "ahhhh's". If anything, the provider I mentioned was at least being honest, which is more than I can say for others and, apparently, most providers that other members here have discussed.
