My hunch is that women get them to please THEMSELVES. Men are really indifferent on the issue.

I know there are dudes who love titties, especially large ones, but how about the fake ones? Would you ask your gal to get implants? Do they turn you on?

My feeling is that they are fake looking, most of the time, on occasion they look good. But in the bedroom they get in the way. She cant lay down on her belly normally, they FLOAT on her chest in mish, and you cant really press on them in any way. So I dont really like them and advise ALL ladies not to get them. What say you????????//

I prefer the natural.  It may just be psychological, buy I don't like playing with balloons anymore.  The feel just isn't right.

I guess I would prefer implants only to very saggy, shapeless breasts. A set of youthful or perky breasts of A B C or D size is ideal for me. Natural or implanted breasts of huge size do not appeal to me.

I've seen many implants that were beautifully done and created a really nice shape. If what I'm after is just the cosmetics, ie enjoying the peformance of a stripper, then a very nicely done set are fine. However, for actually handling, I greatly prefer naturals.
