Sorry if this has been posted elsewhere (I feel like I've seen a similar thread, but can't recall what it said and can not find it or a similar one).

I'm sure I'm not alone in that if I reach out to a provider and get no response, I'm a little disappointed. I have good refs and have posted some reviews. I'm pretty selective in what I look for and I tend to research a lot so it's a disappointment when things don't work out.

So my question is - what's the appropriate wait time to contact someone a second time if they do not respond? I would never contact someone more than twice if there's no response, but realize that sometimes emails/contact may slip through the cracks, put aside for a later answer and forgotten etc. I respect the fact that (I'm assuming) there are times when a provider may just get a gut feeling and decide to pass on meeting someone. And I hate to be the asshole that seems like they're pestering someone.

just outright NOT respond, so, in my case, if a man has reached out and gotten nothing back, I most likely legitimately forgot and wouldn't be bothered by another contact.

If you email me at over the weekend, It will be Monday before I get back to you.
If you email me in the evening it will be the next day before I get back to you..

Also,, If I get an email from you that starts or ends with some thing like
" Hey Baby, Let's hook up" I am going to delete you...........

Thanks for the thoughts. I like to think I'm to the point and not creepy in emails. It was basically an inquiry to availability on a specific day before I went through the P411 process. Gave my user id here and there as well. Like I said - maybe I'm overly sensitive, but for some reason I was worried that even a week or two later sending another request would be bothersome. I think that's probably silly.

If she tour a lot sometime she put in priority some cities first
If the email was incomplete without info
 Some ladies are season provider
Some have family and cannot be close to their emails at time
Not all ladies like to carry two phones around friends or else
 Brief...it really depend

What is the appropriate wait time until you move on and contact the next girl? Always an issue when I am traveling, not a whole lot of time to wait for her reply.

If a guy is asking me on a Monday about a date on Wed. and HE waits til Tues. to respond back, we won't be meeting. I can't really answer your question not knowing your schedule, but play it by ear. If you have a week to wait on someone ok, but if not, move on to someone who is good at timely responses. In any other business, we would be crucified for taking days to respond...not this one. I don't get it. How do women make money who take 2 days to respond? It's not about the meeting time, but the courtesy factor.

I don't try more than once. I don't stand in line at restaurants, why the hell stand in line for a BJ.

Best to have conversations going with several girls, most will not come through.
When you have a limited window of opportunity do not count on the providers to be dependable.
Always have a back-up.

Chatting up multiple girls and then following through on just one is wasting their time.

If I am traveling, I'll reach out a week in advance.  If I don't hear back in 24 hours, I'll move on.

most providers respond in a fairly timely fashion. I usually wait 2-3 days before sending a second email. I will not send a 3rd email anymore. And that's not because I think I'm "pestering her", it's because I am quite sure she is being hugely disrespectful to me.

It's easy enough for ANYONE, no matter how busy, to send a simple response. How long does it take to type "No" and hit send? Waiting 4-6 days to send ANY response to two separate inquiries is hugely generous... no response at all is beyond rude. Onto the permanent "Do Not Call" list, right up there with the Cash-n-Dashers and ROBs.

Sorry for the mini-rant, all. Bit of a hot button topic for me.

Unless you are in a city with only one provider. In that case you can understand why it takes so long to get a response.

Dude, this has happened to most and will happen to most one time or another. Most, including me have moved on.

Over the years, there have been similar posts complaining, crying or bitching whatever but it continues and will continue.

MOVE ON.

I thought it was a pretty simple question and I have my reasons for being interested in this provider. No whining. No crying. No bitching. Except on your end. Your inability to process a simple post and turn it into something it clearly wasn't belies what I can only imagine is a wonderful personality and warm generous spirit.  Fucktard.

I see a least a few ladies every week. By necessity I am going to be talking to several ladies at any given time, and I do follow through with all, or at least almost all of them that strike my fancy.

As for the OP, I have no idea what the etiquette is, but I usually wait somewhere between 2-3 days and a week, and then reach out one more time before moving on and forgetting about the one that didn't get back to me.

back to guys in a timely manner. Two business days (leaves the weekend out) should be plenty of time for a provider to get back to a guy who has asked politely for a specific day / time.

Hi,

Hi,

I'm someone very guilty of not getting back to emails quickly enough. Most of the time it's because I've started a response but it accidentally ends up in the draft folder vs sent section.  I think it's wonderful when a gentleman sends a friendly reminder about his initial email. I've had a few instances where the first email ended up in spam, so thank god for a second email. Things happen. Emails are not perfect, nor are the people behind them.

If you're emailing about a date within a few days, then the next business morning is appropriate. If it's in a few weeks, then 3-4 days is appropriate.

Everyone has different experiences and different opinions. Being someone who benefits from these second emails, those are my thoughts.

Kiss me,

Kat

If you don't get a response by the end of the day , move on.  People who don't respond in this day and age with in one work day ( 9am-9pm) with even just a, "let me think about it" or "let me get back to you", are arrogant and inconsiderate . Everyone in this day and age has their email connected to their smartphone. It's a big load of shit when someone tells you otherwise.  Do you really want to do business with someone like that? Think about it. Respect , Response, Results....

It works

fuck the one's who choose not to work it, and fuck the other one's too if you get the chance :)

fuck as many as you can

I'm just say'n............  :

then you aren't keeping anybody on the line.  Works for you, but I think most of us are closer to the one per month than the 3 per week rate.

Thanks for the responses. It was a case of a very long lead time (3 weeks) and someone who just came off some travel to attend to some personal things. So it was all good in the end.

Fwiw - it was a preliminary email as she requests before I forwarded the appropriate p411 request.
