So I'm going to be spending some time with someone and she's cool with videos and I'd like to take some videos. She does that sort of thing so I'm pretty sure she has her own equipment and stuff. All I have really is my phone and not a dedicated video recorder. Granted I could always set that up. I'm sure I could get her to set up some of her stuff but I just wouldn't want someone possessing any recordings of me. Any advice to make sure if I use her equipment to keep it only in my hands?

Seriously, if you are using her equipment, make sure you understand how everything is connected and how many duplicates are being made, and make sure you can account for ALL of them. Just my opinion, others may be more broad-minded about someone else having a porno of them.
Bring your own SD card for the video to be recorded on, they are quite inexpensive. For your own peace of mind you can talk to her about her equipment and the recording process. It's better to discuss the details and voice your concerns beforehand so that your mind can be at ease and the resulting video will be a pleasure to watch later. There's also the option of bringing your own digital camera and tripod, neither of which are too terribly expensive these days. By providing your own camera with SD card, you greatly reduce the chance that she walks away with a copy you do not wish her to have.

Bad news professional lets clients use his recording equipment paid session. I had clients do that to me showed everybody.The client threat to blackmail me. unless I cut rate. I won't ever make that mistake again.
