KK is right. Since ASU is a public school, it would be a clear violation of her First Amendment right to free speech for the state to discriminate against her for participating in a legal forum, be it porn or otherwise.
Now, a private school might be able to enforce some code of conduct, but here is gets very murky. It would depend on factors such as whether or not the scholarship had any public monies and other public financing of the school that might bear on the question of whether her elimination of the scholarship was constitutional or not. These are the kinds of cases that make judges cringe.
The rumor that she lost her scolarship has been floating around the internet for a while now. Apparently, she is still attending classes and under scolarship. However, I want to hear some opinions on the matter.
