it amazes me how many people, men specifically, who do not seem to understand how rape is possible without physical force. how, if there isn't a knife to the throat/gun to the head and she isn't trying to hi-ya! her way out like Chuck Norris, that she wasn't truly raped and must on some level "let" it happen. it makes me think that these people are either clueless or very, very naive about the realities of the horrors of the real world.
