Of course assuming three or more reviews from credible reviewers and there is no 'must have' for you just not on her menu.

The problem is, I am picky where it comes to appearance, especially where it comes to age and weight. A guy could have a GREAT time with a 45 year old BBW, and even give her a ten for performance, but if I saw the same woman, I doubt I could even get aroused enough to have sex at all, much less have a  "great" time.

I think if you make what seems like a personal connection with the provider, you might feel a little obligated to give her a higher rating as a favor. Sometimes you have to read between the lines a little as you read the content. Sometimes you see a girl rated 6/6 which to me sounds like a dud but then you read the content and its good.

Appearance, Attitude, Maturity, all play a part. I will grant you that it is a high probability, but not guaranteed.

On the other hand, there are some reviewers who seem to have similar tastes to mine. If we've both given the same women good reviews, I will look to see who's on their lists. I also go by review and not score, since my 9 and your 9 may be different.  
Regarding 10's, maybe I'm too literal, but I sorta see "once in a lifetime" in literal terms. If I give a 10, is it all downhill afterwards? Can we give out an 11

9 is easily achieve by just doing the basic in accordance with TER Guidelines...seems to me you are one of those guys just want to guarantee get your moneys worth, stick your googlystick at any holes not considering the appearance of who's letting you plug them...Without the looks no boner for me...I'm not particularly interested on the performance side, I'm more turned on on the looks side and always take my chances from there...

I once met a lady who had straight tens on over 50 reviews, service, and looks. What can I say? The session was awkward. I didn't want to be the one to break the string, so I simply never returned. I once met a lady who had all nines and tens on her reviews, looks, and service. She didn't show.  

Gotta agree with GaGambler on this one.  I come across lots of reviews with ratings consistently around the 9/9 area, I check out the provider's ads and she just isn't my style; too tall, too old, too heavy or whatever.  If she doesn't attract me physically, while I may be able to get off, it sure as hell ain't gonna be a "guaranteed great time" by any stretch.

TER has a lot of asshats who hand out 9's and 10's as if they were giving strippers dollar bills on a Friday night. I know of one member with over 100 reviews published on TER and half of those reviews are 10/10's. I don't trust reviews unless I see a reviewer who (I think) writes honest reviews actually wrote one of those 9's ... and those guys are getting fewer and fewer.  

For reasons that GaGambler stated as well as the simple fact that everybody is different, everyday is different, etc., there is no such thing as a guaranty.

Even a perfect 10/10 can only do so much if the other consenting adult lacks bedroom savvy or is simply despicable .
Mutual skills , considerate attitude , and grooming help the lady give ya that 9 or 10 performance.

Even 10 other credible reviews will not ensure that -- unless of course your definition of "credible" is what I agree with. But then you only need one for that type of argument.

You guys need to back that train up a bit. Just because they provide the required services that doesn't mean they have to get that rating. It only makes them eligible to get the score. You can have a really-bi, who will bring another provide offering greek to multiple men, DFK and the other menu options who was so bad you wanted to become a monk. You would not give her a 10 but something significantly less (I'll let others decide what that score would be).

I don't know about that blanket statement. I'm pretty sure its a lock that scoring will always be a hotly debated topic

rather read the reviews and see if her menu clicks with your expectations and then check her website to see if her pics get you aroused.

I personally don't have chemistry with every client I meet, some client as soon as he comes in, I know we gonna be a perfect match and going to have a great time others, but with another client sometimes I can't wait to get the date over with because our personalities just don't mesh.

There are no guarantees. Especially if there are only a few reviews. But if you look for established providers reviewed by established reviewers you can come close.  

I don't think that there is such a thing as a guaranteed good time. There are so many factors that come into play. Chemistry between the provider and yourself is one factor. The happenings of the day can be another factor. I know most providers attempt to never let their personal lives interfere with their performance with the friends they spend time with. But we are only human, and not perfect. That being said, the goings on of your day can affect how you interact with the provider as well, and change the outcome of the visit. Also, everyone does not want the same thing, so you cannot base your experience on someone else's. It will surely vary.  
I just think people should accept that we try (or most do) our very best to provide you with an unforgettable, sensual experience that makes you remember us fondly, and hopefully want to return. Aside from that, there are no guarantees that what she finds is her best, equals to your 9 or 10 review.

Scores are only part of the research...  and number scores are much less useful than the written description.  There is also the images, if she appeals to you.  Also depends on your preferances.    

As there is no agreed scale for the use in reviews the difference between each number is actually irrelevant. The difference between a 9 and a 10 is irrelevant unless you know whether one reviewer feels they would only score a 10 for a life-changing meeting which they never expect to occur while another might be quite happy to award 10s for every enjoyable meeting (like two different sets of exams in college, in a mathematics paper you can answer every question correctly and get 100% while if the exam consists of an essay it doesn't matter how good an essay you write you will never score 100%)

A 9 on performance tells me that a provider was enthusiastic and made the effort to satisfy her client.
Multiple 9s would indicate to me that she is adaptable, and is able to create a certain chemistry with a variety of people.

Some guys rate every lady they see with 9's and 10's. Who knows...maybe they actually are (in their opinion)? But amazing girls also can and DO have "off" days. And what if she has excellent reviews, but you just feel no chemistry with her? 9's and 10's are not a guaranteed good time, long story short. Just my opinion.

There are girls out there that tell clients NOT to review them unless it's a 10/10. My lips are sealed, but a couple of my clients have told me they've seen girls with these "policies". It's bullshit but it happens.
