It's funny, though.  Most men that go through midlife crisis' actually try and get themselves back in shape in hopes of rekindling interest from younger, more desirable females and now here we hear that a lot of these women are more turned on by the chubby hubby.  I guess it comes down to feeling good about yourself no matter what body you're in.  And really, the GQ guy you;re describing would probably be a self centered jerk no matter if he had a six pack or not.

Two of the greatest loves of my life were men who were 6'4 and 6'6 and both weighed well over 320lbs. They were not athletic by any means, had bellies and the lot. But they were so handsome to me.

Stocky to heavy men have always been an incredible turn on for me. This was the case even years ago when I was much much thinner. I sometimes call it the "teddybear" syndrome. I love being wrapped up in big arms because I feel so delicate *smiles*

Now it is intelligence, humor and passion that really turns me on....so I guess it is whatever floats your boat.

Is it that a man who does keep himself in shape - no matter the age - is somewhat of a turn off because the provider may think he won't worship her the same as an overweight man with no chance of scoring outside of spending $$$?  I only ask that because isn't it the personality of the person that is important here - no matter WHAT SHAPE THEY ARE?

That really is a very valid question, but honestly, it's because I feel so warm and protected with that type of man.  Keep in mind that I was with this boyfriend way before I became a provider so it certainly had nothing to do with $$$.  I do have to admit, however, that being with a GQ kinda guy would make me uncomfortable because girls would be scoping him out on a regular basis.  I also feel that the majority of GQ guys are really hung up on themselves and wouldn't be the type of guy I would want to be with.  Feel free to flame if needed.

I would not necessarily say that I have a fetish for overweight men, however I do not discriminate against them.  See my earlier post about DATY and common, overweight, middle aged to older have been some of the best lovers I have had and with that in mind, I am curious to see if that can be the case again :)

As one of the teddy bear type, I figure that I've got to be able to attend to her needs and desires.  She certainly isn't going to keep me around for window dressing.  I've got to always let her know that she is important to me and that I truly appreciate her company.  Give me a lady who appreciates me for the person I am on the inside.  This also goes the other way.  I'd rather see a lady with a personality, a sense of humor, and who is interesting to talk to than any "model" type who has none of these qualities.  I figure that the guys with "6-pack" abs are jealous of me since I have them beat.  I have "keg" abs.
