People-

When reviewing, can we try to put in a general locale?  It's vital for planning if one has limited time.

I'm in LA where distances are longer than most cities, but I think that is part of what this site is all about.

Not an exact location but perhaps a local landmark within 1-2K Metres .  Something within a click or two.  Just a guide to what part of town the lady might provide in.  We don't want ladies compromised, but we should try to give that info.

Here, one can get a west LA number and discover the lady's place is in the Valley!  I'm not doing a lunch with someone like that! Travel time alone would be an hour!

I mean if I was in boston downtown at a hotel and it turns out I need to hightail it to concord- that's a haul.

Just a thought.

you may flame as you see fit, people!

the location field is not listed in a lady's profile.  I guess it is because it could change from time to time.

right? I mean, here, we don't measure things in miles, we measure in time. And just about everything seems to take 30-45 minutes.

I lived in the Valley 13 years (left in 1987). The whole family (his) lived in the Valley. Even though we all lived in the Valley, it still took at least 40 minutes to get anywhere.

General location is good. Certainly to define The Valley versus Culver City or Glendale would be helpful. Getting too defined can compromise her privacy and safety (which you already mentioned).

It's so annoying to look at the new reviews in, say, New Jersey, and see people list locations like "hotel" or "new jersey".  A nearby town would be helpful.

And in a city, like New York, a neighborhood is not completely out of the question, either.  "Her apt" or "incall" is not a location.  :-)

When I set up an appointment after being verified by RM2K, I ask for location cause depending on time of day could take up to 3hrs to get there.  I forget the ones who say, "call an hour before to get directions".  I understand the security but tell them to look on a map to see the distance that I'm coming from.

Since I'm new to the hobby I've followed most of the review format(not knowing any better).

Many people don't understand what the questionaire is asking for, so when they see the word "Location", it could be interpreted as "incall" or "outcall" or "hotel room", etc.  Whereas asking for "Vicinity" better describes a locale or section of a large city.  I admit that I am one of the many that was confused by the question.

I have been to LA twice, and that was because I knew where the girl was.  It is impossible for someone from outside LA to know where Canoga, Alhambra, or (for me) the Valley is.  LA should be broken up into zones or something.  I'm interested in girls who are within an hour or OC.  Right now I do a search on area code 562 but the pickins are slim compared to what I'm sure is within my area of opportunity.

Also, I don't think the location updates from the first review.  I know I put LAX down for Gina but it still shows up as incall.  Incall in Los Angeles can be an easy three hours away from another LA incall.  A lot of help that does.  Can this be changed?
