It's rare that I want a woman to actually gain weight, but when you start off as a size zero or two at the most, losing ten pounds might mean her disappearing completely. lol
Now if we were to take a thousand random women off the street and ask me how many of them should lose ten pounds and how many should gain ten pounds, my guess is that I would ask 998 of them to lose the weight, not gain it.
One of my favorites gained a Covid 10lbs, and she looks spectacular. It spread evenly, and I didn't realize she was THAT thin. She looks much healthier. But she is 5' 8" and not a tiny 5"3 or less. So she has room to spread it around.
10 pounds of muscle is probably a good thing (for me, anyway). She'll be in even better shape, have better strength and stamina, and can do some of the heavy lifting during our session!
10 pounds of fat will depend on her size and frame size. I like taller women, so 10 "extra" pounds (that's what we're talking about if she started out with the "perfect body" by my reckoning) won't be a deal-breaker. 10 pounds of fat on a 5 foot tall spinner will be much more noticeable and might take her out of the "perfect body" category.

then lose 10. I love my ATF’s body as is, but losing 10 would put her where she was many years ago when we first met. But that was before her implants, so losing those would be, what, a couple of pounds right there?
Not only does she look better, but I’m glad that she’s healthier and going to have better quality of life. Tooting my own horn, I’m the one who helped get her on the new lifestyle too! So I’d go with weight loss over weight gain more often than not. I’ve seen plenty of girls who could put on 10 lbs and still be knockouts though but, conversely, many of us in general could definitely drop a few el-bees and be better for it.
